所以，神任憑他們逞着心裏的情慾行污穢的事，以致彼此玷辱自己的身體。

所以在他們心裏的私慾中、上帝就把他們放給污穢、去彼此侮辱自己的身體。

因此，神任憑他們順著心中的情慾去做汙穢的事，以致彼此玷汙自己的身體。

故上帝任其心之嗜慾、陷於不潔、致互辱其身、

故上帝聽其心之嗜慾、淪於污穢、互辱其身、

故天主聽其心之嗜慾、淪於污穢、互辱其身、

因是天主亦聽其縱情恣慾、淪於污穢、互辱其身。

Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another.

So God let them go. He allowed them to do what their sinful hearts wanted to. He let them commit sexual sins. They made one another’s bodies impure by what they did.

Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves,

So God abandoned them to do whatever shameful things their hearts desired. As a result, they did vile and degrading things with each other’s bodies.

Therefore God delivered them over in the desires of their hearts to sexual impurity, so that their bodies were degraded among themselves.

Therefore God gave them up to vile impurity in the lusts of their hearts, so that their bodies would be dishonored among them.

Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves,

Wherefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts unto uncleanness, that their bodies should be dishonored among themselves:

Therefore God delivered them over in the cravings of their hearts to sexual impurity, so that their bodies were degraded among themselves.

Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones.In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lieand so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness. They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts.Having lost all sensitivity, they have given themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, and they are full of greed. In a large house there are articles not only of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay; some are for special purposes and some for common use.Those who cleanse themselves from the latter will be instruments for special purposes, made holy, useful to the Master and prepared to do any good work.Flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
