Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God’s wrath comes on those who are disobedient. (niv)

You who preach against stealing, do you steal?You who say that people should not commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you rob temples?You who boast in the law, do you dishonor God by breaking the law? (niv)

The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of. He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the unbelievers.“ The servant who knows the master’s will and does not get ready or does not do what the master wants will be beaten with many blows.
