For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed— a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written:“ The righteous will live by faith.”

The good news shows God’s power to make people right with himself. God’s power to be made right with him is given to the person who has faith. It happens by faith from beginning to end. It is written,“ The one who is right with God will live by faith.”( Habakkuk 2:4)

For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is written,“ The righteous shall live by faith.”

This Good News tells us how God makes us right in his sight. This is accomplished from start to finish by faith. As the Scriptures say,“ It is through faith that a righteous person has life.”

But My righteous one will live by faith; And if he shrinks back, My soul has no pleasure in him.

What shall we say then? That Gentiles, who did not pursue righteousness, attained righteousness, but the righteousness that is by faith;

But now apart from the Law the righteousness of God has been revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets,

And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for the one who comes to God must believe that He exists, and that He proves to be One who rewards those who seek Him.By faith Noah, being warned by God about things not yet seen, in reverence prepared an ark for the salvation of his household, by which he condemned the world, and became an heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.

What then? If some did not believe, their unbelief will not nullify the faithfulness of God, will it?

The one who believes in the Son has eternal life; but the one who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.”
