I do not want you to be unaware, brothers, that I have often intended to come to you( but thus far have been prevented), in order that I may reap some harvest among you as well as among the rest of the Gentiles.

I do not want you to be unaware, brothers and sisters, that I planned many times to come to you( but have been prevented from doing so until now) in order that I might have a harvest among you, just as I have had among the other Gentiles.

Brothers and sisters, I want you to know that I planned many times to visit you. But until now I have been kept from coming. My work has produced results among the other Gentiles. In the same way, I want to see results among you.

I want you to know, dear brothers and sisters, that I planned many times to visit you, but I was prevented until now. I want to work among you and see spiritual fruit, just as I have seen among other Gentiles.

Now I don’t want you to be unaware, brothers and sisters, that I often planned to come to you( but was prevented until now) in order that I might have a fruitful ministry among you, just as I have had among the rest of the Gentiles.

I do not want you to be unaware, brothers and sisters, that often I have planned to come to you( and have been prevented so far) so that I may obtain some fruit among you also just as among the rest of the Gentiles.

Now I do not want you to be unaware, brethren, that I often planned to come to you( but was hindered until now), that I might have some fruit among you also, just as among the other Gentiles.

And I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come unto you( and was hindered hitherto), that I might have some fruit in you also, even as in the rest of the Gentiles.

Now I want you to know, brothers, that I often planned to come to you( but was prevented until now) in order that I might have a fruitful ministry among you, just as among the rest of the Gentiles.

Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come unto you,( but was let hitherto,) that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among other Gentiles.

Now I don’t desire to have you unaware, brothers, that I often planned to come to you, and was hindered so far, that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among the rest of the Gentiles.

Now after these events Paul resolved in the Spirit to pass through Macedonia and Achaia and go to Jerusalem, saying,“ After I have been there, I must also see Rome.”

Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that increases to your credit.

Lest you be wise in your own sight, I do not want you to be unaware of this mystery, brothers: a partial hardening has come upon Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in.

But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope.

which has come to you, as indeed in the whole world it is bearing fruit and increasing— as it also does among you, since the day you heard it and understood the grace of God in truth,

For I do not want you to be unaware, brothers, that our fathers were all under the cloud, and all passed through the sea,

For we do not want you to be unaware, brothers, of the affliction we experienced in Asia. For we were so utterly burdened beyond our strength that we despaired of life itself.

Now concerning spiritual gifts, brothers, I do not want you to be uninformed.

But the Lord stood by me and strengthened me, so that through me the message might be fully proclaimed and all the Gentiles might hear it. So I was rescued from the lion’s mouth.

because we wanted to come to you— I, Paul, again and again— but Satan hindered us.

You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you.

Already the one who reaps is receiving wages and gathering fruit for eternal life, so that sower and reaper may rejoice together.

And when they arrived and gathered the church together, they declared all that God had done with them, and how he had opened a door of faith to the Gentiles.

This is the reason why I have so often been hindered from coming to you.But now, since I no longer have any room for work in these regions, and since I have longed for many years to come to you,I hope to see you in passing as I go to Spain, and to be helped on my journey there by you, once I have enjoyed your company for a while.At present, however, I am going to Jerusalem bringing aid to the saints.For Macedonia and Achaia have been pleased to make some contribution for the poor among the saints at Jerusalem.For they were pleased to do it, and indeed they owe it to them. For if the Gentiles have come to share in their spiritual blessings, they ought also to be of service to them in material blessings.When therefore I have completed this and have delivered to them what has been collected, I will leave for Spain by way of you.

If to others I am not an apostle, at least I am to you, for you are the seal of my apostleship in the Lord.

But thanks be to God, who in Christ always leads us in triumphal procession, and through us spreads the fragrance of the knowledge of him everywhere.

Because I was sure of this, I wanted to come to you first, so that you might have a second experience of grace.I wanted to visit you on my way to Macedonia, and to come back to you from Macedonia and have you send me on my way to Judea.

In days to come Jacob shall take root, Israel shall blossom and put forth shoots and fill the whole world with fruit.

And we also thank God constantly for this, that when you received the word of God, which you heard from us, you accepted it not as the word of men but as what it really is, the word of God, which is at work in you believers.For you, brothers, became imitators of the churches of God in Christ Jesus that are in Judea. For you suffered the same things from your own countrymen as they did from the Jews,

Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit.

And all the assembly fell silent, and they listened to Barnabas and Paul as they related what signs and wonders God had done through them among the Gentiles.

For I will not venture to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me to bring the Gentiles to obedience— by word and deed,by the power of signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God— so that from Jerusalem and all the way around to Illyricum I have fulfilled the ministry of the gospel of Christ;and thus I make it my ambition to preach the gospel, not where Christ has already been named, lest I build on someone else’s foundation,

And they went through the region of Phrygia and Galatia, having been forbidden by the Holy Spirit to speak the word in Asia.And when they had come up to Mysia, they attempted to go into Bithynia, but the Spirit of Jesus did not allow them.

For not only has the word of the Lord sounded forth from you in Macedonia and Achaia, but your faith in God has gone forth everywhere, so that we need not say anything.For they themselves report concerning us the kind of reception we had among you, and how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God,and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come.

But we will not boast beyond limits, but will boast only with regard to the area of influence God assigned to us, to reach even to you.For we are not overextending ourselves, as though we did not reach you. For we were the first to come all the way to you with the gospel of Christ.We do not boast beyond limit in the labors of others. But our hope is that as your faith increases, our area of influence among you may be greatly enlarged,so that we may preach the gospel in lands beyond you, without boasting of work already done in another’s area of influence.

For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work. Only he who now restrains it will do so until he is out of the way.

After greeting them, he related one by one the things that God had done among the Gentiles through his ministry.
