耶和華在天上發出雷鳴，至高者發出他的聲音，伴隨著冰雹和火炭；

突然發生了強烈的地震，結果監獄的地基都被搖動，所有的監門立刻打開了，每個囚犯的鎖鏈也都鬆開了。

就在那時刻，發生了大地震，那城的十分之一倒塌了，在地震中死去的有七千人。其餘的人都感到害怕，把榮耀歸給天上的神。

墳墓也開了，許多已睡了的聖徒的身體復活了。耶穌復活以後，他們從墳墓裡出來，進了聖城，向許多人顯現。百夫長和那些與他一起看守耶穌的人，看見地震和所發生的事，就極其懼怕，說：「這個人真是神的兒子！」

我又觀看，羔羊打開第六個封印的時候，發生了大地震。太陽變黑像粗毛布，整個月亮變得像血。

頃刻之間，萬軍之耶和華必突然用雷霆、地震、巨響、旋風、狂風和吞噬的火焰來懲罰他們。

他們禱告完了，聚集的地方就被震動，大家都被聖靈充滿，就坦然無懼地傳講神的話語。

我在危難中呼求耶和華，我向我的神呼求，他從聖殿中垂聽了我的聲音，我的呼救聲進入他的耳中。那時大地搖撼、震動，天的根基顫抖、搖撼，因為他發怒了。濃煙從他的鼻孔上騰，吞噬的烈火從他口中而出，火炭從他那裡燃起。

那時，你們看見了就心裡歡喜，你們的骨頭必像嫩草一樣興盛；耶和華的手必向他的僕人們顯明，他必對他的仇敵惱怒。看哪！耶和華必在烈火中臨到，他的戰車好像旋風，為要在怒火中施行他憤怒的報應，在火焰中發出他的斥責；因為耶和華必以烈火和他的刀劍審判一切有血肉的；那時被耶和華所殺的人會很多。

耶和華必使人聽見他威嚴的聲音，又以猛烈的怒氣、吞噬的火焰、暴雨、狂風和石頭般的冰雹，使人看見他掄下來的膀臂。

一個民族要起來反對另一個民族，一個國家要起來反對另一個國家；到處都會有饑荒和地震。

你們會經由我的山谷逃跑，因為山谷延伸到亞薩；你們會逃跑，像人們逃避猶大王烏西雅年間的大地震那樣。耶和華我的神必來臨，所有的聖者也與他一起來臨。

有喧嚷的聲音出自城內，有聲音出於殿中；那是耶和華正向他仇敵施行報應的聲音！

你們並不是來到了摸得著的山、燃燒著的火、陰雲、幽暗、風暴、號角的響聲和說話的聲音面前——那些聽見這聲音的人，都懇求不要再向他們說話了，

接著，我聽見有大聲音從聖所中傳來，對那七位天使說：「你們去，把神憤怒的七碗倒在地上。」第一位天使離去，把他的碗倒在地上，就有又惡又毒的瘡，長在那些帶有獸的印記並膜拜獸像的人身上。第二位天使把他的碗倒在海裡，海水就變得像死人的血那樣，海中所有的生物都死了。第三位天使把他的碗倒在江河和眾水的泉源上，水就變成血。接著，我聽見那位統管眾水的天使說：「今在、昔在的聖者啊，你是公義的，因為你判定了這些事，又因為他們曾流了聖徒們和先知們的血，現在你給了他們血喝，這是他們該受的。」隨後，我聽見祭壇說：「是的，主、神、全能者啊，你的審判是真實的、公義的！」第四位天使把他的碗倒在太陽上，太陽就被准許用火灼烤人。人們被大炎熱灼烤，就褻瀆了那有權柄統管這些災害的神的名；他們也不悔改，不把榮耀歸給他。第五位天使把他的碗倒在那獸的寶座上，獸的國就變成黑暗了，人們因痛苦而咬自己的舌頭。他們因自己的痛苦、因自己的瘡而褻瀆了天上的神，還是不悔改離開自己的行為。第六位天使把他的碗倒在幼發拉底大河上，河水就乾了，好為那些從東方來的眾君王預備道路。隨後，我看見三個汙靈，好像青蛙，來自龍的口、獸的口和那假先知的口。其實它們是鬼魔的靈，能行奇蹟；它們出去到普天下的眾君王那裡，召集他們參與神、全能者大日子的戰爭。「看哪，我要來臨，就像賊來臨那樣！那警醒並保持衣著在身，免得赤身行走被人看見他羞處的，這樣的人是蒙福的。」於是，那些鬼魔的靈把眾君王都召集到一個地方；希伯來語叫做「哈米吉多頓」。第七位天使把他的碗倒在空中，就有大聲音從聖所中的寶座上傳來，說：「成了！」隨後有閃電、聲音和雷鳴，又發生了大地震，自從地上有人以來，沒有發生過如此大、如此厲害的地震。那大城裂為三個部分，列國的城市也都倒塌了。神也想起大巴比倫，要把自己烈怒之酒的杯子遞給她。所有的海島都逃避了，山嶺也不見了。又有重約四十公斤的大冰雹，從天上落在人身上；由於這冰雹的災害，人們就褻瀆了神，因為這災害極其厲害。

「我來是要把火投在地上，我多麼希望這火已經點燃了！
