又見一天神興於東天、執永生天主之印、大聲告彼手握降災海陸大柄之四天神曰

Then I saw another angel coming up from the east, having the seal of the living God. He called out in a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm the land and the sea:

勿為將壞之糧而勞、宜為存至永生之糧而勞、即人子將予爾者、蓋父上帝已印之矣、

勿貽上帝之聖神憂、乃爾由之受印、以至贖日者、

勿傷地或海或樹、待我印我上帝諸僕之額、我遂聞受印者之數、以色列裔各支中、計印者十四萬四千、○猶大支中、萬二千、流便支中萬二千、迦得支中萬二千、亞設支中萬二千、拿弗他利支中萬二千、瑪拿西支中萬二千、西緬支中萬二千、利未支中萬二千、以薩迦支中萬二千、西布倫支中萬二千、約瑟支中萬二千、便雅憫支中萬二千、○

又見有力之使者、大聲呼曰、誰堪啟卷而揭其印乎、

爾於彼既聞真道、救爾之福音、且信之、則受所許聖神之印、

然上帝鞏固之基仍立、有印誌云、主識己民、又云、凡呼主名者、宜遠不義、

又以印印我、賜聖神為質於我衷、○

且語之、地之草木及諸蔬則勿傷、惟額上無上帝之印者耳、

我又見有力之使者、自天而降、衣以雲、首有虹、容如日、足如火柱、

第一使者吹之、遂有雹與火、雜以血擲於地、地焚三分之一、樹焚三分之一、百草盡焚、○第二使者吹之、遂有如火焚之大山投於海、海三分之一變為血、海中之生物、三分死其一、舟亦三分壞其一、○第三使者吹之、遂有大星其焰如炬、自天隕於江河三分之一、及諸水源、星名曰茵蔯、水三分之一變為茵蔯、人多因諸水而死、緣其苦也、○第四使者吹之、日月星三分之一被擊、致變暗、晝三分之一無光、夜亦如是、○

發聲時、我將書之、聞自天有聲曰、七雷所發者、緘之勿書、

又有一使者來、立於壇側、執金爐、有以多香予之、俾與諸聖徒之祈禱、同獻於座前之金壇、

女曰請爾懷我於心如印、置我於臂如章、愛情強若死亡、妒忌酷如陰府、所發若火、其焰甚烈、

讀此預言、及聞而守其中所記者、福矣、蓋時邇矣、○

凡有血氣者、誰如我聞維生上帝出自火中之聲、而猶生存者乎、

逾四十年、天使於西乃山之野、棘叢火焰中、見於摩西、摩西見而奇之、近而諦視、有主之聲曰、吾乃爾列祖之上帝、即亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各、之上帝也、摩西戰慄而不敢視、

爾僕殺獅與熊、此未受割之非利士人、侮維生上帝之軍、亦必如斯獸之一焉、

亞述王遣拉伯沙基侮維生之上帝、爾上帝耶和華或聞其言、加以譴責、請爾為此遺民祈禱、

惟爾寅畏我名者、義日將為爾出、其翼施醫、爾將出而踴躍、如牢中之犢、

大衛謂旁立之人曰、有人殺此非利士人、洒以色列人之辱、將如何待之、此未受割之非利士人為誰、而可侮維生上帝之軍乎、

爾所至者乃錫安山維生上帝邑、在天之耶路撒冷天軍萬數、

耶穌不答、大祭司曰、我指維生上帝、令爾誓而告我、爾果上帝子基督否、

蓋彼自言我如何入於爾中、爾如何棄像而歸上帝、以事生且真之上帝、

萬軍之耶和華曰、我遣我使備路於我前、爾所求之主、必忽臨厥殿、盟約之使、爾所慕者、將至矣、
