Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make people kill each other. To him was given a large sword.

我夜間觀看，看見有一個人騎著紅馬，站在低窪地上的番石榴樹中間；在他後面還有些紅色、栗色和白色的馬。

“你們不要以為我來了，是要給地上帶來和平；我並沒有帶來和平，卻帶來刀劍，

如果人應該被俘擄，就必被俘擄；如果人應該被刀殺，就必被刀殺。在這裡聖徒要有忍耐和信心！

天上又出現了另一個景象。看哪！有一條大紅龍，有七頭十角，七頭上戴著七個皇冠。

耶和華啊！求你起來，迎面攻擊他們，把他們打倒；用你的刀救我的命脫離惡人。

我在靈裡被天使帶到曠野去，看見一個婦人，騎著朱紅色的獸，這獸布滿了褻瀆的名號，有七頭十角。

我又看見那婦人喝聖徒的血，和那為耶穌作見證的人的血，喝醉了。我看見了她，就大大驚奇。

因神所賜給他的權勢，各國、各族和說各種語言的人，都在他面前戰兢恐懼；他要殺誰，就殺誰；要誰活著，誰就可以活著；要提升誰，就提升誰；要貶低誰，就貶低誰。

“‘我必使巴比倫王的膀臂有力量，把我的刀交在他手中；我要折斷法老的膀臂，使他在巴比倫王面前呻吟，像一個受傷快死的人一樣。我必使巴比倫王的膀臂有力量，法老的膀臂卻要下垂。我把我的刀交在巴比倫王手裡，使他舉刀攻擊埃及地的時候，他們就知道我是耶和華。

王啊！你是萬王之王，天上的神已經把國度、權柄、能力和尊榮都賜給你；也把散居在各處的世人、田野的走獸和空中的飛鳥，都交在你手裡，使你管理這一切。你就是那金頭。

耶穌說：“如果不是從天上給你權柄，你就無權辦我；因此，把我交給你的那人，罪更重了。”

然而我使你存留，是為了使你看見我的能力，並且在全地上傳講我的名。你仍然向我的人民自高，不讓他們離開嗎？

亞述啊！我怒氣的棍子，有禍了。他們手中拿著我忿怒的杖。我要差派他去攻擊一個不敬虔的國，吩咐他去攻擊我惱怒的子民，擄去掠物，搶奪擄物，把他們踐踏，像街上的泥土一樣。

耶和華說：‘難道你沒有聽見古時我所安排，往昔所計劃的嗎？現在我才使它成就，使堅固的城鎮荒廢，變作亂堆。因此，其中的居民軟弱無力，驚惶羞愧，像田間的蔬菜和青綠的草，又像房頂上的草，還沒有長起來，就乾焦了。

“人子啊！巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒使他的軍兵千辛萬苦攻打推羅，以致各人都頭禿肩破；但是他和他的軍兵攻打推羅所付出的辛勞，並沒有從那裡得到甚麼報酬。因此，主耶和華這樣說：看哪！我必把埃及地賜給巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒，他把埃及的財富帶走，搶其中的財為擄物，奪其中的貨為掠物，作他軍兵的報酬。我把埃及地賜給他，作辛勞的報酬，因為他們都是為我效力的。這是主耶和華的宣告。
