Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around, even under its wings. Day and night they never stop saying:“‘ Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty,’ who was, and is, and is to come.”

各有四面四翼、翼下有人手之狀、視其面、即昔在迦巴魯河濱所見之面、其狀其體亦然、各直行以前、

耶穌基督、自昔至今、以至永遠、乃不改變、

寶座前有如玻璃海、澄如水晶、寶座下下原文作間及四周、有四活物、前後徧體有目、

居於至上主之隱秘處者、即安居於全能主之蔭下、或作居於至上主之隱秘處即安居於全能主之蔭下者此人便為有福

主歟、諸神之中、誰可比主、誰能似主至聖極榮、可畏可頌、施行奇跡、

謳天主僕摩西之歌及羔之歌、云、全能之主天主歟、爾之所為、大哉奇哉、諸聖之王歟、爾之道至公至真、

有利劍自其口出、以之擊諸異邦、且以鐵杖轄轄原文作牧之、踐全能天主忿怒之酒醡、

曰、昔在今在後在者全能之主天主、我稱謝主、因主握己之大權而為王、

我聞有聲自祭臺出曰、然、全能之主天主、誠哉義哉爾之審判、○

各有四面、各有四翼、

邑中不見有殿、全能之主天主及羔為其殿、

寶座四周、有二十四座、二十四長老坐於其上、身衣白衣、首戴金冕、

故得在天主寶座前、在其殿內晝夜事之、坐寶座者居其中、

又載云、全能之主曰、我將為爾父、爾為我子女、

彼受苦於火中、其煙上騰、永遠不熄、拜獸與其像、或受其名之印誌者、晝夜不得安息、

兄弟乎、我儕傳天主福音於爾之時、當念我儕勞苦、晝夜工作、不累爾一人、

爾當慎己、亦慎所教、當恆心在此、如是而行、則可自救、亦救聽爾者、

故當警醒、憶我三年之久、晝夜不息、涕泣以勸爾各人、
