萬有皆本乎基督而受造焉；無論在天、在地、有形無形之物、以及一切爵位權德諸品天神、未有不因基督、為基督、而受造者也。基督先萬有生、為萬有之綱領、萬有賴以維繫、而各得其所焉。

聞其揚聲而言曰：「獻作祭牲之羔羊、允有大德、宜其受權、宜其受富、宜其受慧、宜其受能、宜其受尊、宜其受榮、宜其受祉！」

太初有道。與天主偕。道即天主。自始與偕。微道無物。物因道生。天地萬有。資道以成。

指締造天地滄海及其中萬物之永生天主而誓曰：「時已無可再延！

彼大聲而言曰：「咸懷寅畏歸榮天主、審判之時已屆；盍翕然歸順天地淵海之造化主歟。」

萬物之所本、萬物之所倚、萬物之所歸、惟主而已。伏願光榮歸之、奕世靡暨、心焉祝之。

諸老合奏新歌一曲、其詞曰：誰堪受其書而啟其緘兮、惟爾具斯大德、爾曾自獻為犧牲兮、流爾寶血；贖元元於各種各族兮、萬邦重譯；俾翕然歸返乎天主兮、以成神國；

又曰：『地基爾所立、諸天爾所作；

使舉世之人、咸得領會造物主自始隱藏之救世玄謨。

『諸君、胡為出此、吾亦猶人、稟性與爾無異；傳爾福音、正欲使爾棄絕此等荒謬之事、而歸心於手創天地瀛海萬有之天主。

告爾天神。齊頌主德。聖名馥馥。稜威赫赫。肅雍拜主。被爾黼黻。

夫創造宇宙萬物之天主、乃天地主宰、不居人建之殿、

主乃我之磐石與堡壘兮。亦為我之恩保與所天。藏身之窟兮。禦敵之干。仰岑樓之崔嵬兮。視兵革而彌堅。

復見一大力天神揚聲而言曰：「誰堪展其卷而啟其緘乎？」

萬民應感德。歸榮生命淵。頌美且獻珍。咸集主宮庭。

天主御宇。永古不息。發音如雷。布於寰域。
