在耶路撒冷的城牆典禮之際，民眾把各處的利未人請到耶路撒冷，來稱頌、歌唱、敲鈸、鼓瑟、彈琴，歡慶典禮。

耶路撒冷啊！願你城內有平安，你的宮裡有安寧，

「以色列人要各歸本旗，按本族的旗號，在會幕四圍稍遠的地方安營。」東邊，即日出的方向，是猶大營區及其旗號。猶大人的首領是亞米拿達的兒子拿順，率領七萬四千六百人。在猶大支派旁邊安營的是以薩迦支派，首領是蘇押的兒子拿坦業，率領五萬四千四百人。然後是西布倫支派，首領是希倫的兒子以利押，率領五萬七千四百人。猶大營區的人共十八萬六千四百人，他們是開路先鋒。南邊是呂便營區及其旗號。呂便人的首領是示丟珥的兒子以利蘇，率領四萬六千五百人。在呂便支派旁邊安營的是西緬支派，首領是蘇利沙代的兒子示路蔑，率領五萬九千三百人。然後是迦得支派，首領是丟珥的兒子以利雅薩，率領四萬五千六百五十人。呂便營區共十五萬一千四百五十人，他們是第二隊。隨後是會幕和利未人的營區，在其他各營中間。他們各就各位，各歸本旗，照安營時的次序出發。西邊是以法蓮營區及其旗號。以法蓮人的首領是亞米忽的兒子以利沙瑪，率領四萬零五百人。以法蓮支派旁邊是瑪拿西支派，首領是比大蘇的兒子迦瑪列，率領三萬二千二百人。然後是便雅憫支派，首領是基多尼的兒子亞比但，率領三萬五千四百人。以法蓮營區共十萬八千一百人，他們是第三隊。北邊是但營區及其旗號。但人的首領是亞米沙代的兒子亞希以謝，率領六萬二千七百人。在但支派旁邊安營的是亞設支派，首領是俄蘭的兒子帕結，率領四萬一千五百人。然後是拿弗他利支派，首領是以南的兒子亞希拉，率領五萬三千四百人。但營區共有十五萬七千六百人，他們是後隊。以上照宗族和隊伍統計的以色列人共六十萬三千五百五十名。

求你恩待錫安，重建耶路撒冷的城牆。

他又丈量了城牆，按人的尺寸來算是六十五米厚。城牆是用碧玉砌成的，城本身是用純金造的，跟玻璃一樣明淨。城牆的基石用各種寶石裝飾：第一塊基石是碧玉，第二塊是藍寶石，第三塊是綠瑪瑙，第四塊是綠寶石，第五塊是紅瑪瑙，第六塊是紅寶石，第七塊是橄欖石，第八塊是水蒼玉，第九塊是黃寶石，第十塊是翡翠，第十一塊是紫瑪瑙，第十二塊是紫晶。十二個城門是用十二顆珍珠造的，每一個城門都是一顆珍珠，城中的街道是純金的，好像透明的玻璃一樣。

用紅寶石建你的城樓、水晶造你的城門、寶石建你的城牆。

你們切不可輕視任何一位卑微的人。我告訴你們，他們的天使在天上常見我天父的面。

雖然我們是奴隸，我們的上帝卻沒有離棄受奴役的我們，祂在波斯眾王面前施恩於我們，使我們復興、得以重建毀壞的上帝的殿，讓我們在猶大和耶路撒冷有護牆。

我告訴你們，同樣，一個罪人悔改，上帝的眾天使也會這樣為他歡喜。」

「後來，乞丐死了，天使帶他到亞伯拉罕身邊。財主也死了，被人埋葬了。

我們十二支派日夜虔誠地事奉上帝，盼望這應許能夠實現。王啊！就是因為我有這樣的盼望，才被猶太人控告。

天使豈不都是服役的靈嗎？他們奉差遣，豈不是去為那些將要承受救恩的人服務嗎？
