嗟爾天廷諸聖、宗徒、先知、今宜懽忻而鼓舞。蓋天主已予以審判、以伸爾之義矣。

“ Rejoice over her, you heavens! Rejoice, you people of God! Rejoice, apostles and prophets! For God has judged her with the judgment she imposed on you.”

Rejoice over her, O heaven, and you saints and apostles and prophets, for God has given judgment for you against her!”

Rejoice over her fate, O heaven and people of God and apostles and prophets! For at last God has judged her for your sakes.

Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye saints, and ye apostles, and ye prophets; for God hath judged your judgment on her.

They called out in a loud voice,“ How long, Sovereign Lord, holy and true, until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our blood?” (niv)

Because of this, God in his wisdom said,‘ I will send them prophets and apostles, some of whom they will kill and others they will persecute.’Therefore this generation will be held responsible for the blood of all the prophets that has been shed since the beginning of the world, (niv)

Therefore rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has gone down to you! He is filled with fury, because he knows that his time is short.” (niv)

And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off?I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?” (niv)

So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, (niv)

But, dear friends, remember what the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ foretold. (niv)

After this I heard what sounded like the roar of a great multitude in heaven shouting:“ Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God,for true and just are his judgments. He has condemned the great prostitute who corrupted the earth by her adulteries. He has avenged on her the blood of his servants.”And again they shouted:“ Hallelujah! The smoke from her goes up for ever and ever.” (niv)

I want you to recall the words spoken in the past by the holy prophets and the command given by our Lord and Savior through your apostles. (niv)

built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone. (niv)

See, the Lord is coming out of his dwelling to punish the people of the earth for their sins. The earth will disclose the blood shed on it; the earth will conceal its slain no longer. (niv)

which was not made known to people in other generations as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to God’s holy apostles and prophets. (niv)

Sing for joy, you heavens, for the Lord has done this; shout aloud, you earth beneath. Burst into song, you mountains, you forests and all your trees, for the Lord has redeemed Jacob, he displays his glory in Israel. (niv)

For the time will surely come when I will punish the idols of Babylon; her whole land will be disgraced and her slain will all lie fallen within her.Then heaven and earth and all that is in them will shout for joy over Babylon, for out of the north destroyers will attack her,” declares the Lord. While they curse, may you bless; may those who attack me be put to shame, but may your servant rejoice. (niv)

Mount Zion rejoices, the villages of Judah are glad because of your judgments. (niv)

When the righteous prosper, the city rejoices; when the wicked perish, there are shouts of joy. (niv)

Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad; let the sea resound, and all that is in it.Let the fields be jubilant, and everything in them; let all the trees of the forest sing for joy.Let all creation rejoice before the Lord, for he comes, he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples in his faithfulness. (niv)

“ So may all your enemies perish, Lord! But may all who love you be like the sun when it rises in its strength.” Then the land had peace forty years. (niv)

Shout for joy, you heavens; rejoice, you earth; burst into song, you mountains! For the Lord comforts his people and will have compassion on his afflicted ones. (niv)

He is the God who avenges me, who subdues nations under me, (niv)

The righteous will be glad when they are avenged, when they dip their feet in the blood of the wicked. (niv)

The Lord is a God who avenges. O God who avenges, shine forth. (niv)
