我聽見，卻不明白，我就問：“我主啊，這些事的結局是怎樣呢？”他回答：“但以理啊！你只管去吧，因為這些話已經隱藏密封，直到末期。許多人必潔淨自己，使自己潔白，並且被熬煉。可是惡人仍然作惡。所有惡人都不明白，只有那些使人有智慧的才能明白。

但以理啊！你要隱藏這些話，把這書密封，直到末期，必有許多人來往奔跑，知識增多。”

你看見的那婦人，就是有權統治地上的眾王的那座大城。”

我在靈裡被天使帶到曠野去，看見一個婦人，騎著朱紅色的獸，這獸布滿了褻瀆的名號，有七頭十角。

誰是智慧人，讓他明白這些事吧！誰是有見識的人，讓他領會這一切吧！因為耶和華的道路是正直的，義人要行在其中，惡人卻必在其上絆倒。
