我聽見掌管眾水的天使說：『今在昔在的聖義者，你這樣判罰是公義的：

我听见掌管众水的天使说：“昔在、今在的圣者啊，你这样判断是公义的；

我听见掌管众水的天使说：“昔在、今在的圣者啊，你做的判断公义；

我听见掌管众水的天使说：“昔在、今在的圣者啊，你做的判断公义；

我听见掌管各水源的天使说：“昔在今在的圣者啊！你是公义的，因为你施行了审判。

我听见掌管众水的天使说：“今在昔在的圣者啊！你这样审判是公义的，

接着，我听见那位统管众水的天使说：“今在、昔在的圣者啊，你是公义的，因为你判定了这些事，

我聽見掌管眾水的天使說：昔在、今在的聖者啊，你這樣判斷是公義的；

我聽見掌管眾水的天使說：「昔在、今在的聖者啊，你做的判斷公義；

我聽見掌管眾水的天使說：「昔在、今在的聖者啊，你做的判斷公義；

我聽見掌管各水源的天使說：「昔在今在的聖者啊！你是公義的，因為你施行了審判。

我聽見掌管眾水的天使說：“今在昔在的聖者啊！你這樣審判是公義的，

接著，我聽見那位統管眾水的天使說：「今在、昔在的聖者啊，你是公義的，因為你判定了這些事，

我聞掌水之使者云、義哉、今在昔在維聖者歟、因爾如是而鞫也、

我聞掌水天使云、自昔及今之聖主、鞫人如是、無非大公、

我聞司水天使曰、今在昔在之聖主、如是審判乃公義矣、

吾聞掌水之天神曰「永生之神聖者乎爾之施罰義也。

Then I heard the angel in charge of the waters say:“ You are just in these judgments, O Holy One, you who are and who were;

Then I heard the angel who was in charge of the waters. He said,“ Holy One, the way you judge is fair. You are the God who is and who was.

And I heard the angel in charge of the waters say,“ Just are you, O Holy One, who is and who was, for you brought these judgments.

And I heard the angel who had authority over all water saying,“ You are just, O Holy One, who is and who always was, because you have sent these judgments.

I heard the angel of the waters say, You are just, the Holy One, who is and who was, because you have passed judgment on these things.

And I heard the angel of the waters saying,“ Righteous are You, the One who is and who was, O Holy One, because You judged these things;

And I heard the angel of the waters saying:“ You are righteous, O Lord, The One who is and who was and who is to be, Because You have judged these things.

And I heard the angel of the waters saying, Righteous art thou, who art and who wast, thou Holy One, because thou didst thus judge:

I heard the angel of the waters say: You are righteous, who is and who was, the Holy One, for You have decided these things.

And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.

Now I heard the angel of the waters saying:“ You are just– the one who is and who was, the Holy One– because you have passed these judgments,

I heard the angel of the waters saying,“ You are righteous, who are and who were, O Holy One, because you have judged these things.

說：『今在昔在的主上帝，全能者啊，我們感謝你；因為你已執掌你的大權能而作王了。

今在昔在、以後永在的全能者、主上帝說：『我是阿拉法，是俄梅戛』。

永恆主在他一切所行的都有義氣，他對他一切所造的都顯着堅愛。

約翰寫信給在亞西亞的七個教會。願你們蒙恩平安；願你們從那今在昔在以後永在的、從他寶座前的七靈、

這四隻活物之中，每一隻各有六個翅膀，遍體內外都滿有眼睛。他們沒有歇息、晝夜唱着說：『聖哉！聖哉！聖哉！主上帝，全能者，昔在、今在、以後永在的！』

他們直唱着上帝僕人摩西的歌和羔羊的歌，說：『主上帝，全能者啊，你的作為大哉！奇哉！萬世之王啊，你的道路公義啊！真實啊！主啊，誰敢不敬畏你，不榮耀你的名呢？惟獨你是聖義的，萬國都必來、在你面前下拜，因為你公義的作為顯明出來了。』

但公義者永恆主已經砍斷了惡人的繩子。

將義人同惡人一齊殺死，你這樣作麼！絕對不然！讓義人像惡人一樣麼！絕對不然！審判全地的主、難道不行公義麼？』

這正是上帝公義審判的明證，要使你們算為配得起上帝之國的；你們就是為着這國而受苦的。因為上帝所看為公義的就是：當主耶穌從天上同他有能力的天使在火燄中顯示出來時將患難報應那加患難給你們的人，而將鬆息還報你們、連同我們、受患難緊逼的人、

我聽見祭壇說：『是的，主上帝，全能者啊，你所判罰的真實啊！公義啊！』

『永恆主是公義的；因為我違背了他所吩咐的。但萬族之民哪，請聽我話！看我的痛苦！我的處女和壯丁都遷流外方為俘虜了。

然而你竟依順你的剛愎和不悔改的心、為自己積聚着上帝的義怒、於上帝義怒的日子，就是上帝公義的刑罰顯示出來的日子；

但是我們的不義倘若證明上帝的義來，那要怎麼講呢？難道說上帝顯義怒是不義麼？（我且照人的講法說話吧）。

因此永恆主時刻準備着把這災禍、降到我們身上來，因為永恆主我們的上帝在他所行的事上都是對的，而我們卻沒有聽他的聲音。

因為他所判罰的真實又公義：他判罰了那大淫婦、那用淫亂使地上敗壞的，他並且向淫婦手裏為他僕人們伸流血的冤。』

第三位把他那一碗倒在江河跟眾水之泉源裏；水就變成了血。

義的父啊，世人沒認識過你，我卻認識了你，這些人也知道是你差遣了我。
