俾有神憑海獸之像、而作人言、令殺不拜獸像者、

並有權使獸像有生氣、使獸像能言、且能使不拜獸像者見殺、

復能授氣於像、令獸像作人言有敢不拜獸像者、殺無赦。

The second beast was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that the image could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed.

The second beast was allowed to give breath to this statue so it could speak. The statue could kill all who refused to worship it.

那兽被擒拿；那在兽面前曾行奇事、迷惑受兽印记和拜兽像之人的假先知，也与兽同被擒拿。他们两个就活活地被扔在烧着硫磺的火湖里；

我又看见几个宝座，也有坐在上面的，并有审判的权柄赐给他们。我又看见那些因为给耶稣作见证，并为神之道被斩者的灵魂，和那没有拜过兽与兽像，也没有在额上和手上受过他印记之人的灵魂，他们都复活了，与基督一同作王一千年。

第一位天使便去，把碗倒在地上，就有恶而且毒的疮生在那些有兽印记、拜兽像的人身上。

它因赐给它权柄在兽面前能行奇事，就迷惑住在地上的人，说：“要给那受刀伤还活着的兽作个像。”

我又看见那女人喝醉了圣徒的血和为耶稣作见证之人的血。我看见她，就大大地希奇。

于是总督、钦差、巡抚、臬司、藩司、谋士、法官，和各省的官员都聚集了来，要为尼布甲尼撒王所立的像行开光之礼，就站在尼布甲尼撒所立的像前。那时传令的大声呼叫说：“各方、各国、各族的人哪，有令传与你们：你们一听见角、笛、琵琶、琴、瑟、笙，和各样乐器的声音，就当俯伏敬拜尼布甲尼撒王所立的金像。凡不俯伏敬拜的，必立时扔在烈火的窑中。”

因为神使诸王同心合意，遵行他的旨意，把自己的国给那兽，直等到神的话都应验了。

他必向至高者说夸大的话，必折磨至高者的圣民，必想改变节期和律法。圣民必交付他手一载、二载、半载。

他受痛苦的烟往上冒，直到永永远远。那些拜兽和兽像，受它名之印记的，昼夜不得安宁。”

天哪，众圣徒、众使徒、众先知啊，你们都要因她欢喜，因为神已经在她身上伸了你们的冤。

又有第三位天使接着他们，大声说：“若有人拜兽和兽像，在额上或在手上受了印记，

先知和圣徒，并地上一切被杀之人的血，都在这城里看见了。

它好像棕树，是旋成的，不能说话，不能行走，必须有人抬着。你们不要怕它；它不能降祸，也无力降福。”

耶和华神用地上的尘土造人，将生气吹在他鼻孔里，他就成了有灵的活人，名叫亚当。

各人都成了畜类，毫无知识；各银匠都因他雕刻的偶像羞愧。他所铸的偶像本是虚假的，其中并无气息，

头有十角和那另长的一角，在这角前有三角被它打落。这角有眼，有说夸大话的口，形状强横，过于它的同类。

对木偶说：“醒起！”对哑巴石像说：“起来！”那人有祸了！这个还能教训人吗？看哪，是包裹金银的，其中毫无气息。

他们与羔羊争战，羔羊必胜过他们，因为羔羊是万主之主、万王之王。同着羔羊的，就是蒙召、被选、有忠心的，也必得胜。”
