過了這三天半，有生命的氣息從神那裏進入他們裏面，他們就站起來；看見他們的人都大大懼怕。

天使們對我說：「你必須指着許多民族、邦國、語言、君王再說預言。」

天使又對我說：「你所看見那淫婦坐的眾水，就是許多民族、人民、邦國、語言。

只是殿外的院子不用量，因為這是要給外邦人的；他們將踐踏聖城四十二個月。「我要賜權柄給我那兩個見證人，穿着粗麻衣說預言一千二百六十天。」

牠又被准許與聖徒作戰，並且得勝，也賜給牠權柄，可以制伏各支派、各民族、各語言、各邦國。

人若生一百個兒子，活許多歲數；他即使壽命很長，心裏卻不因福樂而滿足，又不得埋葬；我說，那流掉的胎比他倒好。

禍哉！你這未遭毀滅而毀滅人的人，人未以詭詐待你而你以詭詐待人的人！等你行完了毀滅，自己必被毀滅；你行完了詭詐，人必以詭詐待你。

因為你們怎樣評斷別人，也必怎樣被審判；你們用甚麼量器量給人，也必用甚麼量器量給你們。

並且這百姓的屍首要給空中的飛鳥和地上的走獸作食物，無人嚇走牠們。

他一拿了書卷，四活物和二十四位長老就俯伏在羔羊面前，各拿着琴和盛滿了香的金爐；這香就是眾聖徒的祈禱。

我又看見一位天使站在太陽中，向天空一切的飛鳥大聲喊着說：「你們聚集來赴神的大宴席，為要吃君王的肉、將軍的肉、壯士的肉、馬和騎士的肉、一切自主的和為奴的，以及尊貴的和卑賤的肉。」
