有告予者曰：「爾當向兆民、萬邦、重譯、百王、預言未來之事。」

天神又語予曰：「爾所見大娼坐鎮之諸川、乃列國、兆民、萬族、重譯也。

至聖殿外院、可置之勿量；蓋外院已歸外邦人、彼且蹂躪聖城、凡四十有二月。吾當遣派二證者、披麻而預言、凡一千二百又六十日。」

又受權與諸聖相戰而勝之、統治各族、各民、萬邦、重譯。舉世之人、

蓋爾所責於人者、必有援以責爾者；爾所用以繩人者、必有執以繩爾者。

即自其右手取卷；既得卷、四靈物及二十四老咸俯伏羔羊前、各抱一琴、及滿貯靈香之金爐；靈香者、眾聖之祈禱也。

又見一天神、立於日中、揚聲而呼中天之鳥曰：「來集、共赴天主之盛筵、暢食諸王之肉、將帥之肉、猛士之肉、以及萬馬及騎者之肉；無主無奴、無貴無賤、其肉皆供爾一餐而已。」
