也就是說，藉著啟示，那奧祕已經顯明給我，就像我先前簡略寫過的那樣。你們讀了，就能明白我在基督奧祕上的悟性。這奧祕在別的各世代並不顯明給人類，不像如今藉著聖靈啟示給了他的聖使徒和先知們。這奧祕就是：外邦人在基督耶穌裡，藉著福音，成為共同的繼承人，同屬一體、同蒙應許。我成了這福音的僕人，是照著神恩典的賞賜；這賞賜是照著他大能的作為賜給我的。我在所有聖徒中，比最小的還小，但被賜予了這恩典，是為了把基督那無法測度的豐盛傳給外邦人；並且使所有的人都明白這奧祕的計劃到底是什麼，這奧祕自古以來被隱藏在創造萬有的神裡面，

願榮耀歸於神——他能藉著我的福音和有關耶穌基督的傳道，藉著奧祕的啟示堅固你們。這奧祕亙古以來是隱藏的，

耶穌對他們說：「這就是我還與你們在一起的時候，對你們說過的話：摩西的律法、先知書和詩篇上所記的有關我的一切事，都必須應驗。」於是耶穌開啟他們的理性，使他們能領悟經上的話，又對他們說：「經上這樣記著：基督必須受難，然後在第三天從死人中復活，並且人要奉他的名宣講為罪得赦免的悔改，從耶路撒冷開始，直到萬國。

不過天必須留他，直到萬有復興的時候，就是神自古以來藉著聖先知們的口所說的那時候。

第七位天使吹響號角，天上就有大聲音說：「世上的國度已經屬於我們主和他的基督；他將做王，直到永永遠遠！」於是，那些在神面前坐在自己座位上的二十四位長老，就把臉伏在地上，敬拜神，說：「主、神、全能者啊，今在、昔在的那一位啊！我們感謝你！因為你得了你的大權能，做王了。列國發怒了，可是你的震怒臨到了，你審判死人的時候到了，你向你的奴僕先知們、聖徒們、敬畏你名的人，無論卑微尊貴，賜報償的時候到了，你毀滅那些敗壞大地之人的時候也到了。」

弟兄們，我不願意你們不明白這奧祕，免得你們自以為聰明。這奧祕就是：以色列人中的部分人變得剛硬，直到外邦人的全數滿足了，
