Yahweh is great in Zion. He is high above all the peoples.

Great is the Lord in Zion; he is exalted over all the nations.

The Lord sits in majesty in Jerusalem, exalted above all the nations.

For you, Yahweh, are most high above all the earth. You are exalted far above all gods.

Yahweh is high above all nations, his glory above the heavens.

But he gives more grace. Therefore it says,“ God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

But you have come to Mount Zion, and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to innumerable multitudes of angels,to the festal gathering and assembly of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect,to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better than that of Abel.

He rules by his might forever. His eyes watch the nations. Don’t let the rebellious rise up against him. Selah.

In Judah, God is known. His name is great in Israel.His tabernacle is also in Salem; His dwelling place in Zion.

Great is Yahweh, and greatly to be praised, in the city of our God, in his holy mountain.Beautiful in elevation, the joy of the whole earth, is Mount Zion, on the north sides, the city of the great King.God has shown himself in her citadels as a refuge.

At the end of the days I, Nebuchadnezzar, lifted up my eyes to heaven, and my understanding returned to me, and I blessed the Most High, and I praised and honored him who lives forever; for his dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom from generation to generation.All the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing; and he does according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth; and no one can stop his hand, or ask him,“ What are you doing?”

What will they answer the messengers of the nation? That Yahweh has founded Zion, and in her the afflicted of his people will take refuge.

I saw, and behold, the Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with him a number, one hundred forty- four thousand, having his name, and the name of his Father, written on their foreheads.I heard a sound from heaven, like the sound of many waters, and like the sound of a great thunder. The sound which I heard was like that of harpists playing on their harps.They sing a new song before the throne, and before the four living creatures and the elders. No one could learn the song except the one hundred forty- four thousand, those who had been redeemed out of the earth.These are those who were not defiled with women, for they are virgins. These are those who follow the Lamb wherever he goes. These were redeemed by Jesus from among men, the first fruits to God and to the Lamb.In their mouth was found no lie, for they are blameless.

Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God shines out.
