He says,“ Do not be stubborn like they were at Meribah, like they were that day at Massah in the wilderness,

不可像你们祖先在米利巴，在旷野的玛撒那样心里顽固。

就不要硬着心，好像在米利巴，就是在旷野的玛撒的日子一样。

你們不可硬着心，像當日在米利巴，就是在曠野的瑪撒。

毋閉爾心。炯戒不遠。在爾先人。

“ Do not harden your hearts as you did at Meribah, as you did that day at Massah in the wilderness,

He says,“ Don’t be stubborn as you were at Meribah. Don’t be stubborn as you were that day at Massah in the desert.

do not harden your hearts, as at Meribah, as on the day at Massah in the wilderness,

The Lord says,“ Don’t harden your hearts as Israel did at Meribah, as they did at Massah in the wilderness.

Do not harden your hearts as at Meribah, as on that day at Massah in the wilderness

Do not harden your hearts as at Meribah, As on the day of Massah in the wilderness,

“ Do not harden your hearts, as in the rebellion, As in the day of trial in the wilderness,

Harden not your heart, as at Meribah, As in the day of Massah in the wilderness;

Do not harden your hearts as at Meribah, as on that day at Massah in the wilderness

Harden not your heart, as in the provocation,[ and] as[ in] the day of temptation in the wilderness:

Don’t harden your heart, as at Meribah, as in the day of Massah in the wilderness,

He called the name of the place Massah and Meribah, because of the contending of the Israelites and because of their testing the LORD, saying,“ Is the LORD among us or not?”

“ Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion, in the day of testing in the wilderness.“ There your fathers tested me and tried me, and they saw my works for forty years.

These are the waters of Meribah, because the Israelites contended with the LORD, and his holiness was maintained among them.

For all the people have seen my glory and my signs that I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and yet have tempted me now these ten times, and have not obeyed me,

Why harden your hearts like the Egyptians and Pharaoh did? When God treated them harshly, didn’t the Egyptians send the Israelites on their way?

The LORD said to Moses,“ How long will this people despise me, and how long will they not believe in me, in spite of the signs that I have done among them?

You must not put the LORD your God to the test as you did at Massah.

But because of your stubbornness and your unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath for yourselves in the day of wrath, when God’s righteous judgment is revealed!

As it says,“ Oh, that today you would listen as he speaks! Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.”For which ones heard and rebelled? Was it not all who came out of Egypt under Moses’ leadership?And against whom was God provoked for forty years? Was it not those who sinned, whose dead bodies fell in the wilderness?And to whom did he swear they would never enter into his rest, except those who were disobedient?So we see that they could not enter because of unbelief.

Now I desire to remind you( even though you have been fully informed of these facts once for all) that Jesus, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, later destroyed those who did not believe.

Take care not to refuse the one who is speaking! For if they did not escape when they refused the one who warned them on earth, how much less shall we, if we reject the one who warns from heaven?

So the people contended with Moses, and they said,“ Give us water to drink!” Moses said to them,“ Why do you contend with me? Why do you test the LORD?”

But exhort one another each day, as long as it is called“ Today,” that none of you may become hardened by sin’s deception.

When the LORD heard you, he became angry and made this vow:“ Not a single person of this evil generation will see the good land that I promised to give to your ancestors!

“ How long must I bear with this evil congregation that murmurs against me? I have heard the complaints of the Israelites that they murmured against me.

And when his mind became arrogant and his spirit filled with pride, he was deposed from his royal throne and his honor was removed from him.

But when Pharaoh saw that there was relief, he hardened his heart and did not listen to them, just as the LORD had predicted.

But when some were stubborn and refused to believe, reviling the Way before the congregation, he left them and took the disciples with him, addressing them every day in the lecture hall of Tyrannus.
