能听的耳朵、能看的眼睛，两者都是耶和华所造的。

耶和华啊，你已经洞察我，认识我！我坐下、我起来，你都知道；你从远方就知道我的意念。我行路、我躺卧，你都细察；你熟悉我的一切道路。耶和华啊，我舌头上的话还没有说，看哪，你已经完全知道了！你前后围绕我，把你的手按在我身上。这知识对我过于奇妙，过于高深，我不能达到。我去到哪里，能逃避你的灵呢？我逃到哪里，能躲避你的面呢？如果我升到天上，你在那里；如果我躺在阴间，看哪，你也在那里！如果我扬起黎明的翅膀，安居在海洋的尽头，纵然在那里，你的手仍引导我，你的右手也抓紧我。就算我说：“黑暗必然覆盖我，我周围的亮光也必变为黑夜”，但对你来说，黑暗也不是黑暗，黑夜如同白昼一样明亮，黑暗就像光明一样。

你察验了我的心，你在夜间鉴察我；你熬炼了我，没有找到什么过犯；我决意不让我的口有过失。

酒使人成为讥讽者，烈酒使人成为喧闹者；所有因酒而迷失的人，都没有智慧。

耶和华在他圣洁的殿中，耶和华在天上的宝座上，他的眼睛观看，他的眼目察验世人。

难道神不会洞察这事吗？要知道，他明白人心里的隐秘。
