孤寡與羈旅。莫不受荼毒。

They slay the widow and the foreigner; they murder the fatherless.

They kill outsiders. They kill widows. They murder children whose fathers have died.

To rob the needy of justice, And to take what is right from the poor of My people, That widows may be their prey, And that they may rob the fatherless.

if you do not oppress the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, and do not shed innocent blood in this place, or walk after other gods to your hurt,

And I will come near you for judgment; I will be a swift witness Against sorcerers, Against adulterers, Against perjurers, Against those who exploit wage earners and widows and orphans, And against those who turn away an alien— Because they do not fear Me,” Says the Lord of hosts.

Everyone who is found will be thrust through, And everyone who is captured will fall by the sword.Their children also will be dashed to pieces before their eyes; Their houses will be plundered And their wives ravished.“ Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, Who will not regard silver; And as for gold, they will not delight in it.Also their bows will dash the young men to pieces, And they will have no pity on the fruit of the womb; Their eye will not spare children.

In you they have made light of father and mother; in your midst they have oppressed the stranger; in you they have mistreated the fatherless and the widow.

Thus says the Lord:“ Execute judgment and righteousness, and deliver the plundered out of the hand of the oppressor. Do no wrong and do no violence to the stranger, the fatherless, or the widow, nor shed innocent blood in this place.
