But Yahweh has been my high tower, my God, the rock of my refuge.

我之上帝耶和華、範衛予、護佑予兮、

我仍蒙主護庇、如居鞏固之城、在我天主之所避難、如居高磐、

主是我岑樓。主是我磐石。

But the Lord has become my fortress, and my God the rock in whom I take refuge.

But the Lord has become like a fort to me. My God is my rock. I go to him for safety.

Oh, my Strength, I watch for you, for God is my high tower.

Yahweh is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid?When evildoers came at me to eat up my flesh, even my adversaries and my foes, they stumbled and fell.Though an army should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear. Though war should rise against me, even then I will be confident.

He alone is my rock, my salvation, and my fortress. I will never be greatly shaken.

he will dwell on high. His place of defense will be the fortress of rocks. His bread will be supplied. His waters will be sure.

Yahweh will also be a high tower for the oppressed; a high tower in times of trouble.

But I will sing of your strength. Yes, I will sing aloud of your loving kindness in the morning. For you have been my high tower, a refuge in the day of my distress.To you, my strength, I will sing praises. For God is my high tower, the God of my mercy.

He who disciplines the nations, won’t he punish? He who teaches man knows.
