我之上帝耶和華、範衛予、護佑予兮、

我仍蒙主護庇、如居鞏固之城、在我天主之所避難、如居高磐、

主是我岑樓。主是我磐石。

But the Lord has become my fortress, and my God the rock in whom I take refuge.
