聖怒加吾身。風濤不堪當。

You have taken from me my closest friends and have made me repulsive to them. I am confined and cannot escape;

You have taken my closest friends away from me. You have made me sickening to them. I feel trapped and can’t escape.

You have caused my companions to shun me; you have made me a horror to them. I am shut in so that I cannot escape;

You have driven my friends away by making me repulsive to them. I am in a trap with no way of escape.

You have distanced my friends from me; you have made me repulsive to them. I am shut in and cannot go out.

You have put away my acquaintances far from me; You have made me an abomination to them; I am shut up, and I cannot get out;

Thou hast put mine acquaintance far from me; Thou hast made me an abomination unto them: I am shut up, and I cannot come forth.

You have distanced my friends from me; You have made me repulsive to them. I am shut in and cannot go out.

I am a foreigner in their sight.I call to my servant, but he does not answer; I have to implore his favor with my mouth.My breath is offensive to my wife, And I am loathsome to my own brothers.Even young children despise me; I stand up and they speak against me.All my associates loathe me, And those I love have turned against me.

Now the chief priests and the Pharisees had given orders that if anyone knew where He was, he was to report it, so that they might arrest Him.

He has blocked my way so that I cannot pass, And He has put darkness on my paths.

They loathe me and stand aloof from me, And they do not refrain from spitting in my face.

Behold, He tears down, and it cannot be rebuilt; He imprisons a person, and there is no release.

Look to the right and see; For there is no one who regards me favorably; There is no escape for me; No one cares for my soul.

The one who hates Me hates My Father also.If I had not done among them the works which no one else did, they would not have sin; but now they have both seen and hated Me and My Father as well.

And the governor said to them,“ Which of the two do you want me to release for you?” And they said,“ Barabbas.”Pilate* said to them,“ Then what shall I do with Jesus who is called Christ?” They all* said,“ Crucify Him!”But he said,“ Why, what evil has He done?” Yet they kept shouting all the more, saying,“ Crucify Him!”Now when Pilate saw that he was accomplishing nothing, but rather that a riot was starting, he took water and washed his hands in front of the crowd, saying,“ I am innocent of this Man’s blood; you yourselves shall see.”And all the people replied,“ His blood shall be on us and on our children!”

“ I have trodden the wine trough alone, And from the peoples there was no one with Me. I also trod them in My anger And trampled them in My wrath; And their lifeblood is sprinkled on My garments, And I stained all My clothes.
