基甸又对他说：“如果我在你眼前蒙恩，求你给我一个凭据，证实是你与我说话。

你使我们经历了很多苦难，你必使我们再活过来，你必把我们从地的深处救上来。你必增加我的尊荣，并转过来安慰我。

至于你，耶和华啊！求你恩待我，使我康复起来，好报复他们。因此我就知道你喜爱我，因为我的仇敌不能向我欢呼夸胜。

我曾切切等候耶和华；他转向我，听了我的呼求。

愿敌对我的披戴羞辱；愿他们以自己的耻辱为外袍披在身上。

要把这样的人交给撒但，败坏他的身体，使他的灵魂在主的日子可以得救。

希西家问：“我能上耶和华的殿去，有什么兆头呢？”

我的仇敌啊！不要因我的遭遇而高兴；我虽然跌倒了，却必起来；我虽然坐在黑暗里，耶和华却必作我的光。我要担当耶和华的忿怒，因为我得罪了他，直到他审断我的案件，为我主持公道；他必把我领出来，到光明中去，我就得见他的公义。我的仇敌看见了，就必蒙羞，就是那曾经对我说：“耶和华你的神在哪里”的人，我必亲眼看见他遭报；那时，他必被人践踏，好像街上的泥土。

我年老的时候，求你不要丢弃我；我气力衰弱的时候，求你不要离弃我。因为我的仇敌议论我；那些窥探着要害我性命的，一同商议，说：“神已经离弃了他，你们追赶他，拿住他吧！因为没有人搭救他。”神啊！求你不要远离我；我的神啊！求你快来帮助我。愿那些控告我的，都羞愧灭亡；愿那些谋求害我的，都蒙羞受辱。

我们看不见我们的记号，也不再有先知；我们中间也没有人知道这灾祸要到几时。
