They did not remember His power: The day when He redeemed them from the enemy,

他们忘记了祂的大能，忘记了祂救他们脱离压迫的日子，

他们忘记了他的能力（“他的能力”直译是“他的手”），就是他救赎他们脱离敌人的日子，

他们不记念他手的能力，不记念他救赎他们脱离敌人的日子。

他們不追念他的能力和贖他們脫離敵人的日子；

他們不追念他手的能力，和他救贖他們脫離敵人的日子；

他們不追念他手的能力，和他救贖他們脫離敵人的日子；

他們忘記了祂的大能，忘記了祂救他們脫離壓迫的日子，

他們忘記了他的能力（“他的能力”直譯是“他的手”），就是他救贖他們脫離敵人的日子，

他們不追念着他大能的手，不追念他贖救了他們、脫離敵人的日子：

他們不記念他手的能力，不記念他救贖他們脫離敵人的日子。

不憶其援手、不念其贖之於敵之日、

自昔吾主、展厥能力、拯民於難、民反忘之兮、

不思念主曾施大能、不思念往時主曾救之脫離仇敵、

忘恩負義。不念異蹟。

They did not remember his power— the day he redeemed them from the oppressor,

They didn’t remember his power. They forgot the day he set them free from those who had treated them so badly.

They did not remember his power or the day when he redeemed them from the foe,

They did not remember his power and how he rescued them from their enemies.

They did not remember his power shown on the day he redeemed them from the foe,

They did not remember His power, The day when He redeemed them from the enemy,

They remembered not his hand, Nor the day when he redeemed them from the adversary;

They did not remember His power shown on the day He redeemed them from the foe,

They remembered not his hand,[ nor] the day when he delivered them from the enemy.

They did not remember what he had done, how he delivered them from the enemy,

They didn’t remember his hand, nor the day when he redeemed them from the adversary;

Thus the children of Israel did not remember the Lord their God, who had delivered them from the hands of all their enemies on every side;

It shall come to pass in that day That the Lord shall set His hand again the second time To recover the remnant of His people who are left, From Assyria and Egypt, From Pathros and Cush, From Elam and Shinar, From Hamath and the islands of the sea.

And forgot His works And His wonders that He had shown them.

Therefore the Lord heard this and was furious; So a fire was kindled against Jacob, And anger also came up against Israel,Because they did not believe in God, And did not trust in His salvation.

You have brought Your people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signs and wonders, with a strong hand and an outstretched arm, and with great terror;

Our fathers in Egypt did not understand Your wonders; They did not remember the multitude of Your mercies, But rebelled by the sea— the Red Sea.Nevertheless He saved them for His name’s sake, That He might make His mighty power known.He rebuked the Red Sea also, and it dried up; So He led them through the depths, As through the wilderness.He saved them from the hand of him who hated them, And redeemed them from the hand of the enemy.

It shall be as a sign to you on your hand and as a memorial between your eyes, that the LORD’s law may be in your mouth; for with a strong hand the Lord has brought you out of Egypt.

So the Lord saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians dead on the seashore.Thus Israel saw the great work which the Lord had done in Egypt; so the people feared the Lord, and believed the Lord and His servant Moses.

To Him who struck Egypt in their firstborn, For His mercy endures forever;And brought out Israel from among them, For His mercy endures forever;With a strong hand, and with an outstretched arm, For His mercy endures forever;To Him who divided the Red Sea in two, For His mercy endures forever;And made Israel pass through the midst of it, For His mercy endures forever;But overthrew Pharaoh and his army in the Red Sea, For His mercy endures forever;

Is this not the word that we told you in Egypt, saying,‘ Let us alone that we may serve the Egyptians’? For it would have been better for us to serve the Egyptians than that we should die in the wilderness.”
