昔爾以力判海、破龍首於水中兮、

昔爾展厥能力、使大海中判、巨魚立毀、

主昔以大能分裂滄海、在水面折斷龍頭、

中剖彼大海。痛擊龍頭碎。

It was you who split open the sea by your power; you broke the heads of the monster in the waters.

You parted the waters of the Red Sea by your power. You broke the heads of that sea monster in Egypt.

You divided the sea by your might; you broke the heads of the sea monsters on the waters.

You split the sea by your strength and smashed the heads of the sea monsters.

You divided the sea with your strength; you smashed the heads of the sea monsters in the water;

You divided the sea by Your strength; You broke the heads of the sea serpents in the waters.

Thou didst divide the sea by thy strength: Thou brakest the heads of the sea- monsters in the waters.

Then Moses reached out with his hand over the sea; and the Lord swept the sea back by a strong east wind all night, and turned the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided.

Nevertheless He saved them for the sake of His name, So that He might make His power known.So He rebuked the Red Sea and it dried up, And He led them through the mighty waters, as through the wilderness.

To Him who divided the Red Sea in parts, For His faithfulness is everlasting,And allowed Israel to pass through the midst of it, For His faithfulness is everlasting;But He overthrew Pharaoh and his army in the Red Sea, For His faithfulness is everlasting.To Him who led His people through the wilderness, For His faithfulness is everlasting;To Him who struck great kings, For His faithfulness is everlasting,And brought death to mighty kings, For His faithfulness is everlasting:

Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the Lord; Awake as in the days of old, the generations of long ago. Was it not You who cut Rahab in pieces, Who pierced the dragon?Was it not You who dried up the sea, The waters of the great deep; Who made the depths of the sea a pathway For the redeemed to cross over?

“ Son of man, take up a song of mourning over Pharaoh king of Egypt, and say to him,‘ You compared yourself to a young lion of the nations, Yet you are like the monster in the seas; And you burst forth in your rivers And muddied the waters with your feet And fouled their rivers.’ ”

You divided the sea before them, So they passed through the midst of the sea on dry ground; And You hurled their pursuers into the depths, Like a stone into raging waters.

The waters returned and covered the chariots and the horsemen, Pharaoh’s entire army that had gone into the sea after them; not even one of them remained.

He turned the sea into dry land; They passed through the river on foot; Let’s rejoice there, in Him!
