Whom have I in heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire besides you.

I don’t have anyone in heaven but you. I don’t want anything on earth besides you.

Whom have I in heaven but you? I desire you more than anything on earth.

What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ (niv)

Yes, Lord, walking in the way of your laws, we wait for you; your name and renown are the desire of our hearts.My soul yearns for you in the night; in the morning my spirit longs for you. When your judgments come upon the earth, the people of the world learn righteousness. (niv)

Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. (niv)

You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. (niv)

Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. (niv)

I spread out my hands to you; I thirst for you like a parched land.Answer me quickly, Lord; my spirit fails. Do not hide your face from me or I will be like those who go down to the pit.Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life. (niv)

May my meditation be pleasing to him, as I rejoice in the Lord. (niv)

And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying,“ Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. (niv)

Lord, you alone are my portion and my cup; you make my lot secure. (niv)

Then I will go to the altar of God, to God, my joy and my delight. I will praise you with the lyre, O God, my God. (niv)

Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. (niv)

As for me, I will be vindicated and will see your face; when I awake, I will be satisfied with seeing your likeness. (niv)

For who in the skies above can compare with the Lord? Who is like the Lord among the heavenly beings? (niv)

As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God.My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God? (niv)

Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls,yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will be joyful in God my Savior. (niv)

I did not see a temple in the city, because the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple.The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp. (niv)
