When I tried to understand all this, it troubled me deeply

Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!

For He will be delivered to the Gentiles and will be mocked and insulted and spit upon.They will scourge Him and kill Him. And the third day He will rise again.”But they understood none of these things; this saying was hidden from them, and they did not know the things which were spoken.

They said therefore,“ What is this that He says,‘ A little while’? We do not know what He is saying.”Now Jesus knew that they desired to ask Him, and He said to them,“ Are you inquiring among yourselves about what I said,‘ A little while, and you will not see Me; and again a little while, and you will see Me’?

Surely every man walks about like a shadow; Surely they busy themselves in vain; He heaps up riches, And does not know who will gather them.

Clouds and darkness surround Him; Righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne.

Your righteousness is like the great mountains; Your judgments are a great deep; O Lord, You preserve man and beast.

Your way was in the sea, Your path in the great waters, And Your footsteps were not known.

Surely I am more stupid than any man, And do not have the understanding of a man.I neither learned wisdom Nor have knowledge of the Holy One.
