他必保守他忠信者的腳步，惡人卻在黑暗中滅亡；人得勝不是靠著力量。

你斥責了列國，消滅了惡人，抹掉了他們的名號，直到永永遠遠。仇敵被滅盡，敵國成為永久的廢墟；你把他們的城市拔出，連他們的名號也消亡了。

要為孤兒和被壓迫的人伸冤，使地上的人絕不再恐嚇他們。

他必在兩海之間的榮美聖山上搭起他的王宮帳幕，但他的結局將要來到，沒有人幫助他。

求你打斷惡人的膀臂；至於壞人，求你追討他的邪惡，直到淨盡！

神哪，敵人的辱罵要到什麼時候呢？仇敵要永久藐視你的名嗎？你為什麼把你的手、把你的右手收回去呢？求你從懷中伸出手，滅絕他們！

他把我從荒蕪的坑裡，從泥濘沼澤中拉上來；他使我的腳立在磐石上，又使我的腳步安穩。

然而，那賜一切恩典的神，就是在基督耶穌裡召喚你們進入他永恆榮耀的那一位，在你們暫時受苦之後，將親自使你們完備、堅固、剛強、根基穩固。

耶穌基督的奴僕、雅各的弟弟猶大，致那些蒙召、在父神裡蒙愛、在耶穌基督裡蒙保守的人：

願榮耀歸於神——他能藉著我的福音和有關耶穌基督的傳道，藉著奧祕的啟示堅固你們。這奧祕亙古以來是隱藏的，

但願他這樣堅固你們的心，使你們在我們主耶穌與他所有的聖徒一起來臨的時候，在神我們的父面前，在聖潔中是無可指責的！阿們。
