Charge them with crime upon crime; do not let them share in your salvation.

Charge them with one crime after another. Don’t save them.

Add to them punishment upon punishment; may they have no acquittal from you.

Pile their sins up high, and don’t let them go free.

Add guilt to their guilt, And may they not come into Your righteousness.

Add iniquity to their iniquity, And let them not come into Your righteousness.

Add guilt to their guilt; do not let them share in Your righteousness.

Hold them accountable for all their sins! Do not vindicate them!

But if the wicked man is shown favor, he does not learn righteousness. In a righteous land he acts unjustly and does not see the majesty of the LORD.

Alexander the coppersmith did great harm to me. The Lord will repay him according to his works.

Do not cover their guilt or let their sin be erased from your sight, because they have angered the builders.

And because they did not think it worthwhile to acknowledge God, God delivered them over to a corrupt mind so that they do what is not right.

Those who survive in the lands of your enemies will waste away because of their iniquity; they will also waste away because of their ancestors’ iniquities along with theirs.

So you testify against yourselves that you are descendants of those who murdered the prophets.Fill up, then, the measure of your ancestors’ sins!

I can testify about them that they have zeal for God, but not according to knowledge.Since they are ignorant of the righteousness of God and attempted to establish their own righteousness, they have not submitted to God’s righteousness.

So then, he has mercy on whom he wants to have mercy and he hardens whom he wants to harden.

Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered before the LORD, and do not let his mother’s sin be blotted out.

But Pharaoh hardened his heart this time also and did not let the people go.

But when Pharaoh saw there was relief, he hardened his heart and would not listen to them, as the LORD had said.

But Israel, pursuing the law of righteousness, has not achieved the righteousness of the law.

“ I have sinned by betraying innocent blood,” he said.“ What’s that to us?” they said.“ See to it yourself!”So he threw the silver into the temple and departed. Then he went and hanged himself.

So I gave them over to their stubborn hearts to follow their own plans.

Then he said to me,“ Don’t seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, because the time is near.Let the unrighteous go on in unrighteousness; let the filthy still be filthy; let the righteous go on in righteousness; let the holy still be holy.”

But the LORD hardened Pharaoh’s heart and he did not listen to them, as the LORD had told Moses.

For this reason God sends them a strong delusion so that they will believe the lie,so that all will be condemned— those who did not believe the truth but delighted in unrighteousness.

He loved cursing— let it fall on him; he took no delight in blessing— let it be far from him.He wore cursing like his coat— let it enter his body like water and go into his bones like oil.Let it be like a robe he wraps around himself, like a belt he always wears.

I will make it a wasteland. It will not be pruned or weeded; thorns and briers will grow up. I will also give orders to the clouds that rain should not fall on it.

Seeing a lone fig tree by the road, he went up to it and found nothing on it except leaves. And he said to it,“ May no fruit ever come from you again!” At once the fig tree withered.

He will receive blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
