However, God heard; he listened to my prayer.

but God has surely listened and has heard my prayer.

But God has surely listened. He has heard my prayer.

But truly God has listened; he has attended to the voice of my prayer.

But God did listen! He paid attention to my prayer.

I love the LORD because he heard my plea for mercy,and listened to me. As long as I live, I will call to him when I need help.

I have called on your name, O LORD, from the deepest pit.You heard my plea:“ Do not close your ears to my cry for relief!”

The LORD has heard my appeal for mercy; the LORD has accepted my prayer.

that if our conscience condemns us, that God is greater than our conscience and knows all things.Dear friends, if our conscience does not condemn us, we have confidence in the presence of God,and whatever we ask we receive from him, because we keep his commandments and do the things that are pleasing to him.

This oppressed man cried out and the LORD heard; he saved him from all his troubles.

During his earthly life Christ offered both requests and supplications, with loud cries and tears, to the one who was able to save him from death and he was heard because of his devotion.
