若依吾內心、吾固以天主之法為樂也。

『是二人者、何以處之？彼所行者、顯係神蹟、耶路撒冷居民未有不悉其事者、自難否認、第恐流傳益廣、當加以警誡、使勿再奉耶穌之名以訓人。』

凡梟獍、巫覡、淫亂、兇暴、崇拜偶像、妖言惑眾者、皆當擯諸邑外。

夫若輩非不知天主之命、凡此惡行、論罪當死、但其非惟以身試之、抑且以策人於惡為樂焉。

復以聖神假爾僕大維之口而言曰：「何列國之擾攘兮何萬民之猖狂。世酋蠭起兮、跋扈飛揚。意圖背叛天主兮、反抗受命之王。」今希祿與般雀‧比辣多果率異邦及義塞之人民、群集於城、反抗爾之聖子耶穌即爾所膏沐、以奉行爾所手訂之聖謨者也。

深惡邪妄。獨愛正直。

得罪我主。神鑑實明。宜受爾責。宜伏爾懲。

於是法利塞輩出而共議、何以即其言而陷之。

撒杜責人素言人無復活、是日亦進而問之曰：

耶穌謂之曰：『爾法利塞人、惟滌盃盤外表、而爾之內心、實藏垢納污。

爾父非他、魔鬼是已！爾父之志、爾則承之。彼自始即為殺人之元兇、未曾須臾立足於真理之中、以彼心中不存真理故。惟誑語乃出其本性；彼為誑者、亦為誑者父。

何列邦之擾攘兮。何萬民之猖狂。世酋蠭起兮。跋扈飛揚。共圖背叛天主兮。反抗受命之王。曰吾儕豈長甘羈絆兮。盍解其縛而脫其繮。

司祭諸長及法利塞人、乃召集會議、僉曰：『斯人多行異蹟、吾輩將何以處之？若聽其所為、則眾庶咸將信之、而羅馬人必至而奪吾土吾民矣。』其中有名蓋法者、值歲之總司祭也、告眾曰：『汝曹無知、盍思一人代萬眾死、以免舉國淪亡、於汝曹固有益乎？』

當時希祿知為哲士所紿、怒甚；乃按其所告年月、遣人就百利恆及鄰境、凡二歲以下之嬰孩、盡殲之。

嗟爾濁世之家兮。胡作孽以為能。須知天主之仁兮。乃亘古而長存。

法利塞人聞耶穌致撒杜責人語塞、亦會集其黨。一律師來試耶穌曰：

希祿王聞之、心為不寧、耶路撒冷通都譁然。王乃集司祭諸長及民間經生、詢以基督應生何地。

乃遣諜者偽為善人、伺其言有隙、執交有司。

斯時、司祭長及民間耆老、方群集於大司祭該法院中思以詭謀曲陷耶穌、而置之於死；

黎明、司祭諸長及民間耆老、群議處耶穌以死。
