The fool says in his heart,“ There is no God.” They are corrupt, and their ways are vile; there is no one who does good.

Foolish people say in their hearts,“ There is no God.” They do all kinds of horrible and evil things. No one does anything good.

When the Lord restores the fortunes of His people, Jacob will rejoice, Israel will be glad.

The wicked, in his haughtiness, does not seek Him. There is no God in all his schemes.

as it is written:“ There is no righteous person, not even one;There is no one who understands, There is no one who seeks out God;They have all turned aside, together they have become corrupt; There is no one who does good, There is not even one.”“ Their throat is an open grave, With their tongues they keep deceiving,”“ The venom of asps is under their lips”;“ Their mouth is full of cursing and bitterness”;“ Their feet are swift to shed blood,Destruction and misery are in their paths,And they have not known the way of peace.”“ There is no fear of God before their eyes.”Now we know that whatever the Law says, it speaks to those who are under the Law, so that every mouth may be closed and all the world may become accountable to God;because by the works of the Law none of mankind will be justified in His sight; for through the Law comes knowledge of sin.But now apart from the Law the righteousness of God has been revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets,but it is the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all those who believe; for there is no distinction,for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,being justified as a gift by His grace through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus,whom God displayed publicly as a propitiation in His blood through faith. This was to demonstrate His righteousness, because in God’s merciful restraint He let the sins previously committed go unpunished;for the demonstration, that is, of His righteousness at the present time, so that He would be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.Where then is boasting? It has been excluded. By what kind of law? Of works? No, but by a law of faith.For we maintain that a person is justified by faith apart from works of the Law.Or is God the God of Jews only? Is He not the God of Gentiles also? Yes, of Gentiles also,since indeed God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith is one.Do we then nullify the Law through faith? Far from it! On the contrary, we establish the Law.

And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a depraved mind, to do those things that are not proper,

‘ Do not defile yourselves by any of these things; for by all these things the nations which I am driving out from you have become defiled.For the land has become defiled, therefore I have brought its punishment upon it, so the land has vomited out its inhabitants.But as for you, you are to keep My statutes and My judgments, and you shall not do any of these abominations, neither the native, nor the stranger who resides among you( for the people of the land who were there before you did all these abominations, and the land has become defiled),so that the land will not vomit you out should you defile it, as it has vomited out the nation which was there before you.For whoever does any of these abominations, those persons who do so shall be cut off from among their people.So you are to keep your commitment to Me not to practice any of the abominable customs which have been practiced before you, so that you do not defile yourselves with them; I am the Lord your God.’ ”

There were also male cult prostitutes in the land. They committed all the same abominations of the nations which the Lord dispossessed before the sons of Israel.

But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother shall be answerable to the court; and whoever says to his brother,‘ You good for nothing,’ shall be answerable to the supreme court; and whoever says,‘ You fool,’ shall be guilty enough to go into the fiery hell.

And Jeroboam said in his heart,“ Now the kingdom will return to the house of David.

Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of mankind was great on the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of their hearts was only evil continually.So the Lord was sorry that He had made mankind on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart.

For the time already past is sufficient for you to have carried out the desire of the Gentiles, having pursued a course of indecent behavior, lusts, drunkenness, carousing, drinking parties, and wanton idolatries.

Who can make the clean out of the unclean? No one!

How much less one who is detestable and corrupt: A person who drinks malice like water!

for it is disgraceful even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret.

Lord, the God of my salvation, I have cried out by day and in the night before You.

Furthermore, Samaria did not commit half of your sins, for you have multiplied your abominations more than they. So you have made your sisters appear innocent by all your abominations which you have committed.

Yet you have not merely walked in their ways and committed their abominations; but, as if that were too little, you also acted more corruptly in all your conduct than they.

You shall not behave this way toward the Lord your God, because every abominable act which the Lord hates, they have done for their gods; for they even burn their sons and daughters in the fire for their gods.

He says to himself,“ God has forgotten; He has hidden His face; He will never see it.”

But God said to him,‘ You fool! This very night your soul is demanded of you; and as for all that you have prepared, who will own it now?’

A stupid person has no knowledge, Nor does a foolish person understand this:

Why has the wicked treated God disrespectfully? He has said to himself,“ You will not require an account.”

For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their reasonings, and their senseless hearts were darkened.

He says to himself,“ I will not be moved; Throughout the generations I will not be in adversity.”

Now the earth was corrupt in the sight of God, and the earth was filled with violence.And God looked on the earth, and behold, it was corrupt; for humanity had corrupted its way upon the earth.Then God said to Noah,“ The end of humanity has come before Me; for the earth is filled with violence because of people; and behold, I am about to destroy them with the earth.
