Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.

Give me back the joy that comes from being saved by you. Give me a spirit that obeys you so that I will keep going.

Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and uphold me with a willing spirit.

Let me again experience the joy of your deliverance! Sustain me by giving me the desire to obey!

Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

I will greatly rejoice in Yahweh! My soul will be joyful in my God, for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation. He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.

Now the Lord is the Spirit and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

But I trust in your loving kindness. My heart rejoices in your salvation.

Now to him who is able to keep them from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory in great joy,

My spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior,

Uphold me according to your word, that I may live. Let me not be ashamed of my hope.Hold me up, and I will be safe, and will have respect for your statutes continually.

through whom we also have our access by faith into this grace in which we stand. We rejoice in hope of the glory of God.Not only this, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces perseverance;and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope:and hope doesn’t disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.For while we were yet weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly.For one will hardly die for a righteous man. Establish my footsteps in your word. Don’t let any iniquity have dominion over me.

Won’t you revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you?Show us your loving kindness, Yahweh. Grant us your salvation.I will hear what God, Yahweh, will speak, for he will speak peace to his people, his saints; but let them not turn again to folly.

And because you are children, God sent out the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying,“ Abba, Father!”So you are no longer a bondservant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

My soul shall be joyful in Yahweh. It shall rejoice in his salvation.

They will come with weeping. I will lead them with petitions. I will cause them to walk by rivers of waters, in a straight way in which they won’t stumble; for I am a father to Israel. Their soul will be as a watered garden. They will not sorrow any more at all.Then the virgin will rejoice in the dance; the young men and the old together; for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow.I will satiate the soul of the priests with fatness, and my people will be satisfied with my goodness,” says Yahweh.

who by the power of God are guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

I was angry because of the iniquity of his covetousness and struck him. I hid myself and was angry; and he went on backsliding in the way of his heart.I have seen his ways, and will heal him. I will lead him also, and restore comforts to him and to his mourners.

For you didn’t receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry,“ Abba! Father!”

The king rejoices in your strength, Yahweh! How greatly he rejoices in your salvation!

My steps have held fast to your paths. My feet have not slipped.

“ Oh that I were as in the months of old, as in the days when God watched over me;when his lamp shone on my head, and by his light I walked through darkness,

Yahweh, I know that the way of man is not in himself. It is not in man who walks to direct his steps.

Sing, heavens, and be joyful, earth! Break out into singing, mountains, for Yahweh has comforted his people, and will have compassion on his afflicted.

Who are you who judge another’s servant? To his own lord he stands or falls. Yes, he will be made to stand, for God has power to make him stand.

Keep back your servant also from presumptuous sins. Let them not have dominion over me. Then I will be upright. I will be blameless and innocent of great transgression.
