My mouth will speak words of wisdom; the meditation of my heart will give you understanding.

My mouth will speak wise words. What I think about in my heart will give you understanding.

For my words are wise, and my thoughts are filled with insight.

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer.

My heart is overflowing with a good theme; I recite my composition concerning the King; My tongue is the pen of a ready writer.

Listen, for I will speak of excellent things, And from the opening of my lips will come right things;For my mouth will speak truth; Wickedness is an abomination to my lips.All the words of my mouth are with righteousness; Nothing crooked or perverse is in them.They are all plain to him who understands, And right to those who find knowledge.Receive my instruction, and not silver, And knowledge rather than choice gold;For wisdom is better than rubies, And all the things one may desire cannot be compared with her.

Let my teaching drop as the rain, My speech distill as the dew, As raindrops on the tender herb, And as showers on the grass.

The entrance of Your words gives light; It gives understanding to the simple.

The mouth of the righteous speaks wisdom, And his tongue talks of justice.

Hear, my children, the instruction of a father, And give attention to know understanding;For I give you good doctrine: Do not forsake my law.

My words come from my upright heart; My lips utter pure knowledge.

and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

May my meditation be sweet to Him; I will be glad in the Lord.

If not, listen to me; Hold your peace, and I will teach you wisdom.”
