我贫穷困苦，上帝啊，求你快来救我。你是我的帮助，是我的拯救。耶和华啊，求你不要迟延。

“贫穷困苦的人找不到水喝，他们口干舌燥。但我耶和华必应允他们的呼求，我——以色列的上帝不会撇弃他们。

你们要把一切忧虑卸给上帝，因为祂眷顾你们。

这样，我们可以放胆地说：“主是我的帮助，我必不惧怕，人能把我怎么样？”

我的上帝耶和华啊，你行了许多奇事，为我们定了许多美好的计划，谁能与你相比！你奇妙的作为不可胜数。

我这可怜的人向祂呼求，祂就垂听，救我脱离一切困境。

我并不觉得羞愧，因为主耶和华帮助我。我心如坚石，知道自己必不会蒙羞。为我伸张正义的来了，谁要控告我呢？让我们来理论吧！谁是我的控告者呢？让他到我这里来吧！看啊，有主耶和华帮助我，谁能定我有罪呢？看啊，他们都要像衣服一样渐渐破旧，被蛀虫吃掉。

看啊，上帝帮助我，主扶持我，

耶和华啊，求你快快应允我！我已绝望，求你不要掩面不顾我，不然我必和下坟墓的人无异。求你让我在清晨就听见你的慈言爱语，因为我信靠你；求你指示我当走的路，因为我的心仰望你。

祂被辱骂也不还口，被迫害也不扬言报复，只把自己交托给按公义施行审判的上帝。

耶和华垂听穷苦人的祈求，不轻看祂被囚的子民。

耶稣说：“狐狸有洞，飞鸟有窝，人子却没有安枕之处。”

我亲爱的弟兄姊妹，请听我说，上帝不是拣选了穷人，使他们在信心上富足，并承受祂应许赐给那些爱祂之人的国度吗？

那位证明这些事的说：“是的，我快要来了。”阿们！主耶稣啊，我愿你来！

耶和华啊，我穷苦无助，求你垂听我的祷告，应允我。

因为我贫穷困苦，内心饱受创伤。

因为你们知道我们主耶稣基督的恩典，祂本来富足，却为你们的缘故变得贫穷，使你们借着祂的贫穷可以变得富足。
