I will give you thanks in the great assembly; among the throngs I will praise you.

I have told the great assembly about your justice. Look! I spare no words! O LORD, you know this is true.I have not failed to tell about your justice; I spoke about your reliability and deliverance; I have not neglected to tell the great assembly about your loyal love and faithfulness.

Praise the LORD! I will give thanks to the LORD with my whole heart, in the assembly of the godly and the congregation.

I will declare your name to my countrymen! In the middle of the assembly I will praise you!You loyal followers of the LORD, praise him! All you descendants of Jacob, honor him! All you descendants of Israel, stand in awe of him!For he did not despise or detest the suffering of the oppressed; he did not ignore him; when he cried out to him, he responded.You are the reason I offer praise in the great assembly; I will fulfill my promises before the LORD’s loyal followers.

Let all the kings of the earth give thanks to you, O LORD, when they hear the words you speak.Let them sing about the LORD’s deeds, for the LORD’s splendor is magnificent.

saying,“ I will proclaim your name to my brothers; in the midst of the assembly I will praise you.”

I will fulfill my vows to the LORD before all his people,

and thus the Gentiles glorify God for his mercy. As it is written,“ Because of this I will confess you among the Gentiles, and I will sing praises to your name.”

May God show us his favor and bless us! May he smile on us!( Selah)Then those living on earth will know what you are like; all nations will know how you deliver your people.Let the nations thank you, O God! Let all the nations thank you!Let foreigners rejoice and celebrate! For you execute justice among the nations, and govern the people living on earth.( Selah)

They will come and tell about his saving deeds; they will tell a future generation what he has accomplished.

So a strong nation will extol you; the towns of powerful nations will fear you.
