因著信，我們明白宇宙是藉著神的話語形成的，從而明白那看得見的事是從看不見的事造出來的。

他們故意忽略這一點：就是從太古的時候，藉著神的話語有了諸天，也有了從水而出、藉水而成的大地；

太初有道，道與神同在，道就是神。這道太初與神同在。萬有是藉著他而成的；凡所成的，沒有一樣不是藉著他而成的。

諸天、大地及其萬象就這樣造成了。

耶和華說：「我要把我所創造的人從地面上抹掉，並且從人到牲畜、到爬行之物、到天空的飛鳥都抹掉，因為我後悔造了他們。」

因為他說有，就有；命立，就立。

耶和華神用地上的塵土塑造人，把生命的氣息吹進他的鼻孔裡，那人就成了有生命的人。

神說：「讓眾水之間有穹蒼，把水和水分開。」

起初，神創造諸天和大地。

他們用虛假取代神的真理，去崇拜、事奉被造之物，而不事奉造物之主——主是當受頌讚的，直到永遠！阿們。

說了這話，耶穌向他們吹了一口氣，說：「領受聖靈吧！

你發出你的氣息，牠們就被造；你使地面更換一新！

哈利路亞！你們當從天上讚美耶和華，在高處讚美他！他的眾使者啊，你們當讚美他！他的眾天軍啊，你們當讚美他！太陽和月亮啊，你們當讚美他！所有放光的星辰哪，你們當讚美他！諸天上的諸天哪，諸天上的眾水啊，你們當讚美他！願這一切都讚美耶和華的名，因為他一吩咐，它們就被造成。
