有一事我曾求主、今仍祈求、即使我一生居於主殿、瞻仰主之榮美、在主殿朝覲主、

求主惟一事。足以慰幽衷。終身居主宅。陶然醉春風。逍遙聖殿裏。瞻仰樂無窮。

One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple.

I’m asking the Lord for only one thing. Here is what I want. I want to live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life. I want to look at the beauty of the Lord. I want to worship him in his temple.

One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in his temple.

The one thing I ask of the Lord— the thing I seek most— is to live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, delighting in the Lord’s perfections and meditating in his Temple.

I have asked the LORD for one thing– this is what I desire! I want to live in the LORD’s house all the days of my life, so I can gaze at the splendor of the LORD and contemplate in his temple.

One thing I have asked of Yahweh, that I will seek after: that I may dwell in Yahweh’s house all the days of my life, to see Yahweh’s beauty, and to inquire in his temple.

耶和华啊！我喜爱你住宿的殿，你荣耀居住的地方。

我一生的日子，必有恩惠慈爱紧随着我；我也要住在耶和华的殿中，直到永远。

你所拣选，使他亲近你，可以住在你院子中的人，是有福的！愿我们因你的居所，就是你圣殿的美福心满意足。

住在你殿中的，都是有福的，他们还要不断赞美你。（细拉）

在你院子里住一日，胜过在别处住千日；宁愿站在我神殿中的门槛上，也不愿住在恶人的帐棚里。

因此，我在圣所中瞻仰你，为要见你的能力和荣耀。因你的慈爱比生命更好，我的嘴唇要颂赞你。我要一生称颂你，我要奉你的名举手祷告。我的心满足，就像饱享了骨髓肥油；我要用欢乐的嘴唇赞美你。

弟兄们，我不以为自己已经得着了，我只有一件事，就是忘记背后，努力前面的事，

你说：“你们要寻求我的面！”那时我的心对你说：“耶和华啊！你的面我正要寻求。”

但是最需要的只有一件，马利亚已经选择了那上好的分，是不能从她夺去的。”

你们要先求他的国和他的义，这一切都必加给你们。

我们众人脸上的帕子既然已经揭开，反映主的荣光（“反映主的荣光”或译：“对着镜子看见主的荣光”），就变成主那样的形象，大有荣光。这是主所作成的，他就是那灵。

愿主我们的神的恩慈临到我们身上；愿你为我们的缘故，坚立我们手所作的工；我们手所作的工，愿你坚立。

耶稣对他们讲一个比喻，论到人必须常常祈祷，不可灰心。

没有信，就不能得到神的喜悦；因为来到神面前的人，必须信神存在，并且信他会赏赐那些寻求他的人。

我又告诉你们，你们祈求，就给你们；寻找，就寻见；叩门，就给你们开门。因为所有祈求的就得着，寻找的就寻见，叩门的就给他开门。

你们要寻找我，只要一心寻求，就必寻见。

“你们应当竭力进窄门！我告诉你们，将来许多人要进去，却是不能。

就寡居了，直到八十四岁（“就寡居了，直到八十四岁”或译：“就寡居了八十四年”）。她没有离开过圣殿，以禁食和祷告昼夜事奉主。

神从全美的锡安，已经彰显荣光。

“你们祈求，就给你们；寻找，就寻见；叩门，就给你们开门。因为凡祈求的就得着，寻找的就寻见，叩门的就给他开门。

因为那说“要有光从黑暗里照出来”的神，已经照在我们的心里，要我们把神的荣光照出去，就是使人可以认识那在基督脸上的荣光。

于是我转向主神，禁食，披麻蒙灰，藉祈祷和恳求寻求他。

锡安的居民哪！要大大喜乐。耶路撒冷的居民（“居民”原文作“女子”）哪！应当欢呼。看哪！你的王来到你这里了，他是公义的，是得胜的。他又是温柔的，他骑着驴，骑的是小驴。

那无依无靠独居的寡妇，她们仰望神，昼夜不住地祈求祷告。

扫罗死了，因为他悖逆耶和华，没有听从他的话，也因为他去求问那交鬼的，没有求问耶和华，所以耶和华把他杀死了，把国位转给耶西的儿子大卫。

并且许愿，说：“万军之耶和华啊，你若是看顾使女的困苦，记念我，不忘记你的使女，赐给使女一个儿子，我就必把他一生献给耶和华，不剃他的头。”

大卫求问耶和华说：“我可以追赶这群匪徒吗？我可以追上他们吗？”耶和华回答他：“你可以追赶，你必定追上，也必定把一切救回来。”

大卫在位的日子，有连续三年的饥荒；大卫就寻求耶和华的面。耶和华说：“这是因为扫罗和扫罗家流人血的罪，因为他曾经杀死了基遍人。”

耶和华啊！我要洗手表明无辜，才来绕着你的祭坛行走；

亚希米勒为他求问耶和华，给他粮食，又把非利士人歌利亚的刀给他。”
