“ When someone pursues you and attempts to take your life, my lord’s life will be tucked safely in the place where the Lord your God protects the living. However, He will fling away your enemies’ lives like stones from a sling.

“ Then they too will answer,‘ Lord, when did we see You hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or without clothes, or sick, or in prison, and not help You?’

Save me from the guilt of bloodshed, God, the God of my salvation, and my tongue will sing of Your righteousness.

Lord, I call to You; my rock, do not be deaf to me. If You remain silent to me, I will be like those going down to the Pit.Listen to the sound of my pleading when I cry to You for help, when I lift up my hands toward Your holy sanctuary.Do not drag me away with the wicked, with the evildoers, who speak in friendly ways with their neighbors while malice is in their hearts.

All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, just as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.
