蓋爾以力束我、使備戰爭、起而攻我者、俾服於我兮、

爾賜以膂力、能於戰鬥、使逆我者敗亡兮、

主賜我以力、使我能戰、使攻擊我者俱服於我下、

紛紛負傷兮倒於地。僵臥足下兮不復起。

You armed me with strength for battle; you humbled my adversaries before me.

Lord, you gave me strength to fight the battle. You made my enemies humble in front of me.

You have armed me with strength for the battle; you have subdued my enemies under my feet.

You have clothed me with strength for battle; you subdue my adversaries beneath me.

For You have encircled me with strength for battle; You have forced those who rose up against me to bow down under me.

For You have armed me with strength for the battle; You have subdued under me those who rose up against me.

For thou hast girded me with strength unto the battle: Thou hast subdued under me those that rose up against me.

You have clothed me with strength for battle; You subdue my adversaries beneath me.

You give me strength for battle; you make my foes kneel before me.

For you have armed me with strength to the battle. You have subdued under me those who rose up against me.

the God who equipped me with strength and made my way blameless.

Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned.

And he put all things under his feet and gave him as head over all things to the church,

Thus says the Lord:“ The wealth of Egypt and the merchandise of Cush, and the Sabeans, men of stature, shall come over to you and be yours; they shall follow you; they shall come over in chains and bow down to you. They will plead with you, saying:‘ Surely God is in you, and there is no other, no god besides him.’”

who will transform our lowly body to be like his glorious body, by the power that enables him even to subject all things to himself.

Our pursuers are at our necks; we are weary; we are given no rest.

Say to God,“ How awesome are your deeds! So great is your power that your enemies come cringing to you.

Whoever hates me hates my Father also.

but he who fails to find me injures himself; all who hate me love death.”

And I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon and put my sword in his hand, but I will break the arms of Pharaoh, and he will groan before him like a man mortally wounded.I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, but the arms of Pharaoh shall fall. Then they shall know that I am the Lord, when I put my sword into the hand of the king of Babylon and he stretches it out against the land of Egypt.

For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet.The last enemy to be destroyed is death.For“ God has put all things in subjection under his feet.” But when it says,“ all things are put in subjection,” it is plain that he is excepted who put all things in subjection under him.When all things are subjected to him, then the Son himself will also be subjected to him who put all things in subjection under him, that God may be all in all.

“ Is not the Lord your God with you? And has he not given you peace on every side? For he has delivered the inhabitants of the land into my hand, and the land is subdued before the Lord and his people.
