求主以手救我、脫離此世界之人、彼眾今生享福、主賜之財寶、滿其所欲、子孫眾多、又將盈餘留於後裔、

更望賜提撕。俾與鄉願隔。鄉願生斯世。但為斯世活。以主無盡藏。暢恣其口腹。金玉既滿堂。有子萬事足。積蓄遺兒孫。繩繩相承續。

By your hand save me from such people, Lord, from those of this world whose reward is in this life. May what you have stored up for the wicked fill their bellies; may their children gorge themselves on it, and may there be leftovers for their little ones.

Lord, by your power save me from people like that. They belong to this world. They get their reward in this life. May what you have stored up for evil people fill their bellies. May their children’s stomachs be filled with it. And may there even be leftovers for their little ones.

from men by your hand, O Lord, from men of the world whose portion is in this life. You fill their womb with treasure; they are satisfied with children, and they leave their abundance to their infants.

By the power of your hand, O Lord, destroy those who look to this world for their reward. But satisfy the hunger of your treasured ones. May their children have plenty, leaving an inheritance for their descendants.

亚伯拉罕说：‘儿啊，你该回想你生前享过福，拉撒路也受过苦；如今他在这里得安慰，你倒受痛苦。

然后要对我的灵魂说：灵魂哪，你有许多财物积存，可作多年的费用，只管安安逸逸地吃喝快乐吧！’神却对他说：‘无知的人哪，今夜必要你的灵魂；你所预备的要归谁呢？’凡为自己积财，在神面前却不富足的，也是这样。”

你们若属世界，世界必爱属自己的；只因你们不属世界，乃是我从世界中拣选了你们，所以世界就恨你们。

因为，他死的时候什么也不能带去；他的荣耀不能随他下去。他活着的时候，虽然自夸为有福（你若利己，人必夸奖你）；他仍必归到他历代的祖宗那里，永不见光。

主人就夸奖这不义的管家做事聪明；因为今世之子，在世事之上，较比光明之子更加聪明。

哪知神以美物充满他们的房屋；但恶人所谋定的离我好远。

耶稣对他们说：“你们是从下头来的，我是从上头来的；你们是属这世界的，我不是属这世界的。

我已将你的道赐给他们。世界又恨他们；因为他们不属世界，正如我不属世界一样。

倘或他的儿女增多，还是被刀所杀；他的子孙必不得饱食。他所遗留的人必死而埋葬；他的寡妇也不哀哭。他虽积蓄银子如尘沙，预备衣服如泥土；他只管预备，义人却要穿上；他的银子，无辜的人要分取。

看这一切，谁不知道是耶和华的手做成的呢？

世人行动实系幻影。他们忙乱，真是枉然；积蓄财宝，不知将来有谁收取。

恶人为何存活，享大寿数，势力强盛呢？他们眼见儿孙，和他们一同坚立。他们的家宅平安无惧；神的杖也不加在他们身上。他们的公牛孳生而不断绝；母牛下犊而不掉胎。他们打发小孩子出去，多如羊群；他们的儿女踊跃跳舞。他们随着琴鼓歌唱，又因箫声欢喜。他们度日诸事亨通，转眼下入阴间。他们对神说：‘离开我们吧！我们不愿晓得你的道。全能者是谁，我们何必侍奉他呢？’求告他有什么益处呢？

小子们哪，你们是属神的，并且胜了他们；因为那在你们里面的，比那在世界上的更大。他们是属世界的，所以论世界的事，世人也听从他们。

财主说：‘我祖啊！既是这样，求你打发拉撒路到我父家去；因为我还有五个弟兄，他可以对他们作见证，免得他们也来到这痛苦的地方。’

他的岁月既尽，他还顾他本家吗？

强盗的帐棚兴旺，惹神的人稳固，神多将财物送到他们手中。

你们在世上享美福，好宴乐，当宰杀的日子竟娇养你们的心。

寻找它，如寻找银子，搜求它，如搜求隐藏的珍宝，

我见恶人和狂傲人享平安就心怀不平。他们死的时候没有疼痛；他们的力气却也壮实。他们不像别人受苦，也不像别人遭灾。所以，骄傲如链子戴在他们的项上；强暴像衣裳遮住他们的身体。他们的眼睛因体胖而凸出；他们所得的，过于心里所想的。

“天国好像宝贝藏在地里，人遇见了就把它藏起来，欢欢喜喜地去变卖一切所有的，买这块地。”

看哪，这就是恶人；他们既是常享安逸，财宝便加增。
