万国都必敬畏耶和华的名；世上列王都敬畏你的荣耀。

万国要在你的光中行走，列王必在你如旭日初升的光辉中行走。

列国要藉着城的光行走，地上的众王要把他们的荣华带到这城来。

全地的居民哪！你们应当向神欢呼。（本节在《马索拉文本》包括细字标题）你们要歌颂他名的荣耀，把荣耀和赞美都归给他。要对神说：“你的作为多么可畏！因你伟大的能力，你的仇敌必向你假意归顺。全地的居民都必敬拜你，向你歌颂，歌颂你的名。”（细拉）

他施和海岛的列王都必带来礼物，示巴和西巴的列王都必献上贡物。众王都必向他俯伏，万国都必服事他。

君王藉我掌权，统治者藉我制定法纪。领袖、贵族和所有公义的审判官，都藉我治国。

耶和华啊！世上的君王都要称谢你，因为他们听见了你口中的言语。他们要歌颂耶和华的作为，因为耶和华大有荣耀。

现在，君王啊！你们要谨慎。地上的审判官啊！你们应当听劝告。你们要以敬畏的态度事奉耶和华，又应当存战兢的心而欢呼。你们要用嘴亲吻子，否则他一发怒，你们就在路上灭亡，因为他的怒气快要发作。凡是投靠他的，都是有福的。

地的四极，都要记念耶和华，并且归向他。列国的万族，都要在他（“他”有古抄本作“你”）面前敬拜。因为国度是属于耶和华的，他是掌管万国的。地上所有富足的人，都必吃喝、敬拜；所有下到尘土中，不再存活的人，都在他面前屈身下拜。

主啊！你所造的万国都要来，在你面前下拜，他们必荣耀你的名。

列国的君王要作你的养父，他们的王后必作你的保姆；他们必脸伏于地向你下拜，舐你脚上的尘土。那么，你就知道我是耶和华，那些仰望我的决不会羞愧。”

有使节从埃及出来，古实人赶快向神呈献礼物。地上的万国啊！你们要歌颂神，你们要颂扬主。（细拉）
