I will praise you, Lord, with all my heart; before the“ gods” I will sing your praise.

Lord, I will praise you with all my heart. In front of those who think they are gods I will sing praise to you.

What is the outcome then? I will pray with the spirit, but I will pray with the mind also; I will sing with the spirit, but I will sing with the mind also.

Jesus answered them,“ Has it not been written in your Law:‘ I said, you are gods’?If he called them gods, to whom the word of God came( and the Scripture cannot be nullified),are you saying of Him whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world,‘ You are blaspheming,’ because I said,‘ I am the Son of God’?

“ You shall not curse God, nor curse a ruler of your people.

speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody with your hearts to the Lord;

And Paul said,“ I was not aware, brothers, that he is high priest; for it is written:‘ You shall not speak evil of a ruler of your people.’ ”

God takes His position in His assembly; He judges in the midst of the gods.

Are they not all ministering spirits, sent out to provide service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation?

Bless the Lord, my soul, And all that is within me, bless His holy name.Bless the Lord, my soul, And do not forget any of His benefits;

For great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods.

I will give thanks to You, Lord my God, with all my heart, And I will glorify Your name forever.For Your graciousness toward me is great, And You have saved my soul from the depths of Sheol.

I said,“ You are gods, And all of you are sons of the Most High.
