心中饒甘味。舌端宣歡意。我主施聖蹟。列邦亦驚異。

Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations,“ The Lord has done great things for them.”

He will yet fill your mouth with laughter, and your lips with gladness.

They will come and shout for joy on Mount Zion. They will be radiant with joy over the good things the LORD provides, the grain, the fresh wine, the olive oil, the young sheep and calves he has given to them. They will be like a well-watered garden and will not grow faint or weary any more.The LORD says,“ At that time young women will dance and be glad. Young men and old men will rejoice. I will turn their grief into gladness. I will give them comfort and joy in place of their sorrow.

For if their rejection is the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead?

those whom the LORD has ransomed will return that way. They will enter Zion with a happy shout. Unending joy will crown them, happiness and joy will overwhelm them; grief and suffering will disappear.

Your justice, O God, extends to the skies above; you have done great things. O God, who can compare to you?

Once again there will be sounds of joy and gladness and the glad celebrations of brides and grooms. Once again people will bring their thank offerings to the temple of the LORD and will say,“ Give thanks to the LORD who rules over all. For the LORD is good and his unfailing love lasts forever.” For I, the LORD, affirm that I will restore the land to what it was in days of old.’

Rescue me from the guilt of murder, O God, the God who delivers me! Then my tongue will shout for joy because of your deliverance.

I wish the deliverance of Israel would come from Zion! When the LORD restores the well-being of his people, may Jacob rejoice, may Israel be happy!

Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven saying:“ The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign for ever and ever.”Then the twenty- four elders who are seated on their thrones before God threw themselves down with their faces to the ground and worshiped Godwith these words:“ We give you thanks, Lord God, the All- Powerful, the one who is and who was, because you have taken your great power and begun to reign.

For there is no spell against Jacob, nor is there any divination against Israel. At this time it must be said of Jacob and of Israel,‘ Look at what God has done!’

Deliver us, O LORD, our God! Gather us from among the nations! Then we will give thanks to your holy name, and boast about your praiseworthy deeds.The LORD God of Israel deserves praise, in the future and forevermore. Let all the people say,“ We agree! Praise the LORD!”

She said to the men,“ I know the LORD is handing this land over to you. We are absolutely terrified of you, and all who live in the land are cringing before you.For we heard how the LORD dried up the water of the Red Sea before you when you left Egypt and how you annihilated the two Amorite kings, Sihon and Og, on the other side of the Jordan.When we heard the news we lost our courage and no one could even breathe for fear of you. For the LORD your God is God in heaven above and on earth below!

When all our enemies heard and all the nations who were around us saw this, they were greatly disheartened. They knew that this work had been accomplished with the help of our God.

Many peoples and powerful nations will come to Jerusalem to seek the LORD who rules over all and to ask his favor.The LORD who rules over all says,‘ In those days ten people from all languages and nations will grasp hold of– indeed, grab– the robe of one Jew and say,“ Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.”’”

They told him,“ Your subjects have come from a very distant land because of the reputation of the LORD your God, for we have heard the news about all he did in Egyptand all he did to the two Amorite kings on the other side of the Jordan– King Sihon of Heshbon and King Og of Bashan in Ashtaroth.

I wish the deliverance of Israel would come from Zion! When God restores the well-being of his people, may Jacob rejoice, may Israel be happy!

With antiphonal response they sang, praising and glorifying the LORD:“ For he is good; his loyal love toward Israel is forever.” All the people gave a loud shout as they praised the LORD when the temple of the LORD was established.

You will say to the prisoners,‘ Come out,’ and to those who are in dark dungeons,‘ Emerge.’ They will graze beside the roads; on all the slopes they will find pasture.They will not be hungry or thirsty; the sun’s oppressive heat will not beat down on them, for one who has compassion on them will guide them; he will lead them to springs of water.I will make all my mountains into a road; I will construct my roadways.”Look, they come from far away! Look, some come from the north and west, and others from the land of Sinim!Shout for joy, O sky! Rejoice, O earth! Let the mountains give a joyful shout! For the LORD consoles his people and shows compassion to the oppressed.
