The heavens are the heavens of the Lord, But the earth He has given to the sons of mankind.

You have him rule over the works of Your hands; You have put everything under his feet,

God blessed them; and God said to them,“ Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”Then God said,“ Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you;and to every animal of the earth and to every bird of the sky and to everything that moves on the earth which has life, I have given every green plant for food”; and it was so.

When the Most High gave the nations their inheritance, When He separated the sons of mankind, He set the boundaries of the peoples According to the number of the sons of Israel.

Then God blessed Noah and his sons, and said to them,“ Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth.The fear of you and the terror of you will be on every animal of the earth and on every bird of the sky; on everything that crawls on the ground, and on all the fish of the sea. They are handed over to you.Every moving thing that is alive shall be food for you; I have given everything to you, as I gave the green plant.

Bend down Your heavens, Lord, and come down; Touch the mountains, that they may smoke.

This is what the Lord says:“ Heaven is My throne and the earth is the footstool for My feet. Where then is a house you could build for Me? And where is a place that I may rest?

You will pursue them in anger and eliminate them From under the heavens of the Lord!

Praise Him, highest heavens, And the waters that are above the heavens!

In My Father’s house are many rooms; if that were not so, I would have told you, because I am going there to prepare a place for you.
