For look, the wicked bend their bows; they set their arrows against the strings to shoot from the shadows at the upright in heart.

Look! Evil people are bending their bows. They are placing their arrows against the strings. They are planning to shoot from the shadows at those who have honest hearts.

for behold, the wicked bend the bow; they have fitted their arrow to the string to shoot in the dark at the upright in heart;

The wicked are stringing their bows and fitting their arrows on the bowstrings. They shoot from the shadows at those whose hearts are right.

For look, the wicked string bows; they put their arrows on bowstrings to shoot from the shadows at the upright in heart.

破曉、猶太人結黨立誓曰：『不殺葆樂、誓不朝食！』計同盟者四十餘人；彼等往見司祭長與長老曰：『吾儕矢誓、不殺葆樂、決不進食；今請爾等偕公會同人通知千總、令解葆樂於爾處、佯言欲詳究其事；吾儕已準備就緒、將要而殺之。』

埋伏窮鄉。殺人僻巷。耽耽虎視。窮民遭殃。

思以詭謀曲陷耶穌、而置之於死；

欲使惡人懼。不敢行無禮。欲使義人喜。沛然自奮勵。我主固全知。洞悉人腑肺。

惡人橫行兮無度。窮人被逼兮無路。設詭計兮逞狂圖。欺孤寡兮陷無辜。

賢人懷主。方寸常寬。清明在躬。云何不歡。

天威何顯赫。裁判公且明。

悚然以懼。懍然而慄。口揚大猷。心懷明德。

公道歸無辜。凱音屬正直。

敬將事實陳。直把丹忱吐。

祈我雅瑋。福彼善人。善人無邪。心地光明。

光明播心田。神樂湧如泉。
