Grandchildren are the crown of the old, And the glory of sons is their fathers.

After this, Job lived 140 years, and saw his sons and his grandsons, four generations.

We count those blessed who endured. You have heard of the endurance of Job and have seen the outcome of the Lord’s dealings, that the Lord is full of compassion and is merciful.

He raises the poor from the dust, He lifts the needy from the garbage heap,To seat them with noblemen, With the noblemen of His people.He has the infertile woman live in the house As a joyful mother of children. Praise the Lord!
