於是他們在急難中哀求耶和華，他就拯救他們脫離禍患。

於是他們在急難中哀求耶和華，他就搭救他們脫離禍患，

我曾尋求耶和華，他就應允我，救我脫離一切的恐懼。仰望他的人，就有光榮；他們的臉必不蒙羞。這困苦人呼求，耶和華就垂聽，救他脫離一切的患難。

他殺他們的時候，他們才求問他，回心轉意，切切尋求上帝。他們追念上帝是他們的磐石，至高的上帝是他們的救贖主。

耶和華啊，我曾求告你；我向耶和華懇求：「我被害流血，下到地府，有何益處呢？塵土豈能稱謝你、傳揚你的信實嗎？耶和華啊，求你應允我，憐憫我！耶和華啊，求你幫助我！」你將我的哀哭變為跳舞，脫去我的麻衣，為我披上喜樂，使我的靈歌頌你，不致緘默。耶和華－我的上帝啊，我要稱謝你，直到永遠！

『你求告我，我就應允你，並將你所不知道、又大又隱密的事指示你。

那時，我求告耶和華的名：「耶和華啊，求你救我！」耶和華有恩惠，有公義，我們的上帝有憐憫。耶和華保護愚蒙的人；我落到卑微的地步，他救了我。我的心哪！你要復歸安寧，因為耶和華用厚恩待你。主啊，你救我的命脫離死亡，使我的眼不再流淚，使我的腳不致跌倒。

於是他們在急難中哀求耶和華，他就領他們脫離禍患。
